What do you like best about the product?
I liked the wide variety of gift cards available to select and the easy process of getting the gift coupon and its code without any delay. At the same time, other sites require lots of effort to redeem the coupon or even buy one.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I disliked, You can still improve in the login methods. You can add a few more options to the login field so that the user gets enough opportunity to log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If cash/amount is given in the form of reward, generally people use it for their own needs, but with Empuls bonus, you get to buy a gift that remains for a long time and helps us to create a memory.

I am using Empuls from MetricStream, it is an excellent product I am delighted with Empuls. I recommend everyone to use and get full benefit.

THERE IS NO ANY REWARD POINTS FOR WORK ANNIVERSARY, THERE SHOULD BE REWARD POINT FOR WORK ANNIVERSARY TO ENCOURAGE EMPLOYEE. AND ALSO THERE SHOULD BE A QUESTIONARY PROGRAM WEEKLY MONTHLY BASIS WHICH MAKES EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT IN THIS PROGRAM.

EMPULS is definitely an easy platform to use , especially for the employee recognition program and i was really happy with the kind of quick support i got from EMPULS employees.
Easy and simple way to instantly recognize your team
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to instantly recognize your colleagues and send them reward points is a great way to appreciate them. The townhall group is always active with everyday recognition. The redeemable points are another plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using the Empuls platform for some time now and haven't really found any drawbacks. The team is very proactive in resolving any bugs we point out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With empuls, we have noticed the engagement level in our organization improve. Monthly surveys ensure employee voice is heard. Overall, a perfect employee engagement platform.
