Easy and Variety of Options
What do you like best about the product?
The different variety of coupon options in all the different categories to choose from is the best feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike here in this application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Empuls really helps in employee engagement during this WFH scenario. It helps us know what's going around in the company. It's a great platform.

Easy usage and appreciate & reward each other. connecting people all over the world. and wishes them on birthday anniversary etc on occation. this is very usefull.

What do you like best about the product?
Useful tool to be connected and award-based app. Almost all big brands are partners for redemptions

The layout can be a bit more user-friendly means easy to navigate to various options

Help in tracking anniversaries, Birthday and very easily can redeem awards received
I have used "Xoxoday" for redemption, ease to make redemption with lot of available options
What do you like best about the product?
We have an appreciation mechanism in our organization for which they have provided "xoxoday points" as a token of appreciation. Then we need to use xoxoday store to redeem the points as various gift cards, let say from Amazon Gift Voucher to Hotstar Subscription. They have handy redemption lists of eCommerce sellers, which we commonly use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not Much sometimes cash redemption take time from their end since they use third-party vendors, but they have excellent customer support to ensure the transaction gets completed successfully in the end
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we had a single option for redemption, whether they provided as an amazon gift voucher or Flipkart gift voucher, for example, so I have to make my purchase on the vendor for which I got the voucher, but now I have a various options in the "xoxoday" store to make my redemption

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using the mobile version of Empuls for some time now and the UI is clean. Love the option to redeem my points for the gift vouchers. We have set up monthly surveys which is a good way to get employees' feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across any particular thing I dislike about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to solve the problem of disengagement among our employees and Empuls has definitely been helpful. Would definitely recommend the product.

Easy acces, great deals, super brands, more choices.

Denominations should be of flexible amounts as we want that to a fixed amount shown in list.

Nothing. With so many options and ease of procuring, this has been a go to in my org for all employee engagement initiatives.

What do you like best about the product?
I mostly liked the way to give an offer and redeem the rewards points. There are a lot of options to choose which eventually attracts to buy/redeem the rewards points.
What do you dislike about the product?
Looks all good; what I know about Empuls. I've to think about the dislike factor of it to be candid. But it can be improvised by making it more interactive to the end-user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems what we face uncertainly and don't have enough knowledge how to get rid out from it. All these kind of hurdels can be sorted by internal employees by sharing across an appreciation note to them.

Try once this platform. I am sure, you would like it and used to it more frequently.

Timely notifications and option to see how others are performing and gives us competitive spirit to try for more and good interface and good compared to the competitors
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to understand few things and no sure whom to contact if any doubts while using it and FAQ also is limited and would be great if there option to ask if any doubts we get here

Knowing about co-employees and their appreciations and special events of their life and their productivity whereabouts and option to purchase from Amazon and other websites
