Ordered was not delivered due to the Service Providers' delay, and with the correct service and follow-up, it was provided.

Excellent experience in managing all the awards under one platform

The ease of setting up the awards and monitor the usage of the points

Not much to dislike about the platform as it serves our needs

We are using the platform to have all the employee awards under one platform, and it also helps in sending out communication related to awards

Great customer service support from beginning to end of process.

I like everything about Empuls. The customer support agent was very helpful and attentive to my concern.

I had a problem claiming my Lazada voucher. Customer support agent from Empuls not just solved my problem but also gave me additional info.
Great idea, just takes slightly too long to receive the order. I waited too long

The idea is great I like it alot, so much so that my company is considering using in the future. But only when the processing speed has increased.

How long it takes to receive the order. You need to make sure that it can be received sooner, my colleagues would not like to have to wait longer than a few days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The idea of which gifts to give to our employees, since they would be heavily taxed this actually gives them power to be able to use the gift cards as they wish.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I guess at the moment patience is the only reccomendation. However I think given time this will become a great product.

The ease and professionalism shown by the staff

Nothing as such. The service was extremely good and staff was very prompt and helpful

Reward and recognition at my organization has become easier with Xoxoday as it gives a plethora of brands to choose from for the user.
It is easy and quick, so i will recommend.

What do you like best about the product?
The promptness by which a voucher gets delivered. The website is extremely user friendly too. And the customer support is quite quick via email as well as via whatsapp! Overall a great experience
What do you dislike about the product?
My voucher got stuck while I ordered it after working hours. Often a working professional gets time to deal with other things only after working hours, making this a little inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company gifted us points as a diwali bonus. It solves my problems as I can easily purchase gift vouchers for anything I need, and I'm not forced down to only 1-2 brands.
