What do you like best about the product?
It makes easier for rewards and allow all employees in organization to participate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Awareness is needed among all employee about Emplus and initial session will help to understand the Emplus better.

Empuls helps you set up & run pulse surveys, measure and track feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
It is user-friendly and easy to navigate like claiming points in exchange for gift cards/gift certificates. It is an excellent tool to reward and recognize employees to improve retention and productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any further downside for Empuls than having limited options for redeeming points to preferred merchants. Empuls can quickly partner with other merchants common to individuals and readily available in different locations, like in malls or grocery stores.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to close the gap between how the employer meets the requirements in ensuring that employees are being recognized for their contribution to the organization. It is an excellent tool for the cashless distribution of rewards and incentives that can be easily exchanged for goods or services.

Everything is amazing and it has been a great experience.

A superb and professional platform to shower appreciations and wishes
What do you like best about the product?
Facility to float wishes and appreciations to co-workers via various modes like GIF's via GIPHY adds to excitement. Furthermore, integration with MS teams is a great convenience feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
More reward redemption schemes would be preferred in addition to the ones already existing. Also, a way to earn reward points should also be provided upon appreciating collegues or liking, sharing or commenting on the posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single platform for employee recognition with an integrated rewards facility is leading to a more collaborative and productive workforce. Moreover, increase in high performance individuals is also observed, especially at lower levels of the delivery stream.

EMPULS provides us the updates on our work anniversaries, birthdays, achievements etc., for our peers and it's easy to wish them with auto-suggested messages.

Maybe the feel of the application can be modified to make it more appealing to the eyes.
