What do you like best about the product?
Variety of gift card option available also providing the best customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing more than too much, only need to fix some technical bugs when card redemption.

not much. process looks fine. if there is something to improve try soft coupons instead of sending them via DHL

The most helpful is the wide range of vouchers that I can purchase. I dont have to settle for anything. I end up finding something.

There are some vendors missing, that I dislike.

Xoxoday has kept me motivated to work in an extraordinary manner. The vouchers suffice as they have almost every vendor present and hence its very easy to redeem. I dont have to compromise.

I would strongly advice as this gives a platform to recognise the employees yet it is not a part of the income.

Easy to use different currencies. I use dollars and rupees, both works seamlessly

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the gift vouchers (Paytm) are not available in the system, but the icon shows up when you search for it. When you click on it, it says, service not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every time when I get a employee of the month award or annual awards, we get it as xoxo vouchers, we use to login to the tool and redeem it.

User Interface can get better and more engaging. Updates or mobile notification will also be a good way to get more people engaged in the platform.

Redeeming vouchers earned from the points in the organization and appreciating the employees in the organization who are doing a great job. I can create a budget for multiple events in the organization. I can check where I stand amongst my colleagues with respect to the engagement score. Good platform to engage employees in the organization.

I like it's easiest user interface that can help anyone to use it easily. I love that each and everything they have covered in it. Nothing is missing. Rather than other fixed rewards. Loved it.

Nothing like that. But sometimes they deliver vouchers after so long or after reminder only.
