It's a useful App for staying updated.
What do you like best about the product?
I'm updated about where I am standing in terms of incentive . It am able to plan my work accordingly.I have recommended my junior colleagues also to follow this on a regular basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
No such disliking just that the app is a little complicated. There were issues for logging in the initial stages. After that it became easy. It can be a little more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting updated about my earning. This is the best possible thing. If you can navigate your earning the earnings can be increased further. Employee should feel on track.

I use it to track sales data and inventives of the team,which helped me alot to track it down.

Tracking the Incentives and rewards. It helps trace the incentive structure and the rewards the company offers. A very well organized structure to keep track of the schemes released by the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need some improvement on the interface it's very complicated when used for the first time. Need to get a simple format and data should be in numbers rather than animation.

Smooth and can get the data at one place . This helps us to gather information at any given point and have a collective data and will helps us to improve the performance. Would prefer more people to use the app .

Sometimes data is incorrect which confuses us in the Metrics of our company which is little difficult to get confused .it is little slow which can be improved.......

Keeps updating day to day regarding the necessary targets or goals assigned by the organisation which in turn helps in better sales planning and target achieving.

The only thing which I would disklike is at times it takes a long period of time to load a page which makes me a bit irritated, it can work upon the bug fixing
