Stable secure service with good services and simple interface.
What do you like best about the product?
That it is cloud based and allows for easy sharing within your organization, security in a zero knowledge solution gives could piece of mind that a solid control is in place to prevent passwords from being compromised.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to more verbose logging options available such as the possibility of receiving a notifications every time a passwords get accessed or changed or removed and when a user logs in to keeper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to maintain password in a single accessible location that can be easily shared with users as required.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to share passwords with other users and the ability to create unique passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not often, but the keeper will fill the username in the password field, causing the app or webpage to lock due to an incorrect password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ability to share with multiple users.

Wonderful product for storing passwords, creating new passwords, and sharing passwords with other users.

Easy to use. Easy to control who can access what.

The browser plugins form filling might need some improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more sticky notes or notepads with passwords. Central control and easy to share them.

Follow the BP setup.
I have been using keeper for 5+ years and wouldn't be without it.

being able to have individual passwords for every account, and being able to share with individuals. Also the integration with web browsers is terrific

Not being able to organize the passwords that have been shared by other users

I have been able to require employees to utilize secure and unique passwords, and they don't have to worry about remembering them

Keeper is so easy to use and the plugins work great! I have the tool in all my browsers and the app on my smart phone! Love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The Microsoft Edge plugin doesn't work so well but I think that is Edge not the plugin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have very secure passwords for all my on line web sites and devices. I let keeper create random strong passwords and it allows me one place to go to manage everything!

Easy to navigate and they’re constantly trying to make improvements

At first it was not as intuitive and we were early adopters so there were some normal challenges with this

Security storage for key and highly sensitive data. Easy to manage users access and provide a compliant security solution

Windows Store App is slow to sync and might be better to be replaced by the desktop version.

Creating and managing secure passwords and the ability to share login information in a safe and secure manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeper tells you how strong your password is. I am able to access my passwords on any device. I can organize the passwords into folders and keep everything organized. The encryption that is used to store everything safely is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I do not like about this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this at my company to store passwords that we use. Me and my boss both go in on a regular basis and update and add passwords. We can both go in and get the information for an account with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
I use it for everything. It’s my secured filing cabinet. Passwords, Jewellery appraisals (including photo) furnace filter size, receipts, warranties, Bank and Credit Card info. Anything that you can put into a filing cabinet, I have in Keeper. It keeps me organized , is accessible everywhere and Is easy to use.

I use to dislike not being able to attach a photo

An organized way of keeping important information
