Secure password vault has strengthened daily logins and reduced password-related issues
What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is onboarding users and using it myself.
A specific example of how I and my users typically use Keeper Enterprise Password Manager in our day-to-day work is to record passwords, and when you try to log into some site, it will autofill the records for you. I primarily use it to securely store passwords.
What is most valuable?
The best features Keeper Enterprise Password Manager offers are that it is easy to use, you can set up single sign-on so you can just log in with your 365 email, it is a great password generator and a great tool for storing passwords, and I appreciate how it autofills the records for you when you try to sign in.
My experience with the password generator and single sign-on shows that single sign-on is great because you can manage users without having to manually create user accounts. Users can just log in with 365, so the system will pull the users from there and whoever needs access can be added to the group. This seamless feature helps users avoid having to log in to the site using a separate email and password.
Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has impacted my organization positively because it is better to have your passwords recorded in a vault where it is more secure than just having it elsewhere.
A specific outcome I have noticed since using Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is improved security, as users are now having their sensitive information in a vault instead of having it on a notepad or in other documents on their computer. This has helped from the security perspective.
Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has helped reduce password-related issues.
What needs improvement?
I think Keeper Enterprise Password Manager can be improved by ensuring that you do not have to sign in every day to the vault.
It would be better if there was an option for an easy way to share the password with people who do not use Keeper, such as a one-time share where you can just share the whole folder instead of having to share each record.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Keeper Enterprise Password Manager for one year.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I find Keeper Enterprise Password Manager to be stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Keeper Enterprise Password Manager's scalability is good.
How are customer service and support?
I have never reached out to their support.
How would you rate customer service and support?
Negative
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I did not previously use a different solution, as Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is the first one we use.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Before choosing Keeper Enterprise Password Manager, I did not evaluate other options, as it was the first one we went to.
What other advice do I have?
My advice to others looking into using Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is that it can be a great tool, and I can definitely recommend it.
Password manager has strengthened daily device security and has simplified secure sharing
What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is to manage passwords as well as validating if any password has been compromised, as well as updating passwords and managing connections.
I use Keeper Enterprise Password Manager daily in my work. Every day, everything is now IP-based. Switches, IP devices, IoT devices—they all have login passwords, so I use this every day. I have a dashboard that tells me if any of those passwords are compromised, so I can quickly change them. I can make sure that they're using strong requirements for security.
What is most valuable?
I think Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is a great product when it comes to my main use case. I believe they've made a good improvement lately, especially with the security score and the ability to validate and automatically show if a password has been compromised.
The best features Keeper Enterprise Password Manager offers include simple management and importing exported CSV. The import-export feature has helped me by allowing us to import devices instead of adding them one after the other, and we can put them in a specific folder. At the same time, it will verify if existing passwords are compromised so I can update them.
I would also add that the ability to share passwords for temporary access and to share information in a secure way is another useful feature. It also binds access to the MAC, which enhances security features in the field, so I don't have to give passwords through chat.
Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has positively impacted my organization by improving our security posture. Many compromised passwords have been able to be changed, and we maintain high-level security, making sure that all devices are secured.
What needs improvement?
While Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has a good interface for password management, I believe they can make the feature for Privileged Access Management a bit more user-friendly, as right now it is somewhat complicated to get a privileged access manager running in both development and production environments.
Regarding improvements needed for the deployment of Keeper Enterprise Password Manager, I would like to see a simple way to install requirements on servers so they can easily be accessed through it and use Privileged Access Management . Right now the installation is somewhat complex as there is scripting to be done. It would be great for that setup to be more simple for operators.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Keeper Enterprise Password Manager for three years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is very stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
One thing to note is that the thick client user interface could be improved a bit. However, I mainly use the web interface, which is great and stable. So far I've been able to import many devices and servers, and I haven't had any problems when it comes to enterprise scalability.
How are customer service and support?
The password management portion of Keeper Enterprise Password Manager did not require any customer support because it is so simple and the training is easy to understand that I have never required customer support. The only portion that might require customer support is the Privileged Access Management.
How would you rate customer service and support?
Positive
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I previously used other solutions, but I don't want to name them yet. The reason I switched is that Keeper Enterprise Password Manager can do different things—not only password management but also verify if passwords are compromised and has Privileged Access Management. Those additional features made it more suitable to use.
What was our ROI?
I believe the return on investment with Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is the fact that my organization's process is more professional and secure when it comes to passwords. However, I have no metrics yet to share for that.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing for Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is that pricing is fair. Licensing is very simple to understand, so I think the sales process was extremely simple as well. I think Keeper Enterprise Password Manager did a great job not only on sales but also on training, as they have training videos that make it very simple for users to understand how to use the password management portion.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Before choosing Keeper Enterprise Password Manager, I evaluated other options.
What other advice do I have?
My advice for others looking into using Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is to have a great folder structure and define the right structures for the devices when it comes to servers, IP types, and types of IP devices like cameras, access control devices, and audio devices, with a good structure for the folders.
I give this review a rating of 8.5.
Centralized password management has improved security and simplifies multi-tenant user access
What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is as a password manager for both professional and personal use, and I am also a platform admin.
On a daily basis, I use Keeper Enterprise Password Manager to provide support to MSPs to implement Keeper Enterprise Password Manager for them and especially for their clients, which includes training, giving best practices, discussing the strengths and weaknesses of the product, and explaining how to use it professionally as well as how to deploy it for their clients.
What is most valuable?
The best features that Keeper Enterprise Password Manager offers include multiplatform integration, ease of administration of the product for admins and therefore also for MSPs, and ease of use for end users.
The multiplatform integration and ease of administration of Keeper Enterprise Password Manager help me concretely in my daily work by allowing users to access their passwords on their PC, Mac, smartphone, and from the Internet, while the very granular access rights allow us to restrict the use of certain passwords, sharing, and external access to specific people, which significantly increases the level of security.
Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has had a positive impact on my organization by allowing us to deploy it to the teams fairly quickly and especially to have good user adoption within the teams thanks to its ease of use.
What needs improvement?
In my opinion, Keeper Enterprise Password Manager could be improved by allowing the creation of templates, basically role templates, that we could deploy to other clients without having to go through the Commander CLI, but rather through the graphical interface.
I chose the score of 8 specifically for Keeper Enterprise Password Manager because it could improve on alert management, online help which is not in French and can cause problems in our French-speaking market, and the fact that templates cannot be applied without going through the Commander CLI.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Keeper Enterprise Password Manager for about a year.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I evaluate the stability of Keeper Enterprise Password Manager as quite good, having noticed only one outage that lasted a few minutes, so I am satisfied with the reliability and access to the product.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I rate the scalability of Keeper Enterprise Password Manager as very good, and I consider that to be one of the product's strengths, allowing us to manage a large number of users via roles with quite interesting granularity.
How are customer service and support?
I find the customer support of Keeper Enterprise Password Manager to be extremely responsive and very effective; I have had to deal with them only a few times, but each time the answers were relevant and perfect.
As of today, I would give the customer support of Keeper Enterprise Password Manager a 10.
How would you rate customer service and support?
Positive
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
Before choosing Keeper Enterprise Password Manager, we evaluated Password Boss and tested the big players on the market, including 1Password and LastPass.
I preferred Keeper Enterprise Password Manager over Password Boss and other solutions tested on the market primarily because of the reliability of the product.
How was the initial setup?
I did not encounter any particular difficulties when setting up or deploying Keeper Enterprise Password Manager in my organization or at my clients.
What was our ROI?
I have noticed concrete results such as time savings for end users to log in, use it, and fill in passwords, and in terms of security, the BridgeWatch module allows us to have fairly advanced dark web monitoring and the alert management module enables us to create alerts for ourselves on certain types of events, which has clearly increased the level of security for our clients.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
The most important criteria in choosing Keeper Enterprise Password Manager over another solution include having a multi-tenant console allowing management of different clients, that the solution is full SaaS, and that integration with other tools is possible, along with the user experience.
What other advice do I have?
My advice to a company considering adopting Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is to clearly define user roles in order to reduce the attack surface as much as possible, ensuring that people who are, for example, interns, do not need to share passwords externally and do not need access to those passwords from outside, and to be very clear about the password strategy they want to implement. I gave Keeper Enterprise Password Manager an overall rating of 8.

One-click access has secured our daily logins and streamlines how we manage multiple passwords
What is our primary use case?
I use Keeper Enterprise Password Manager to secure my passwords and everything. We have different logins for different portals, and we have to memorize all the passwords for these. In order to use Keeper Enterprise Password Manager , it gives us ease to keep our passwords accessible with one click. We don't have to write them down over and over again. With Keeper Enterprise Password Manager, I just click my password with one click, and then it's done.
You can use my real name when publishing my review. However, you cannot use my real company name in the review.
In our organization, Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has always made our life easy. With the help of the password manager, we just manage all our portals, passwords, and everything, and it's accessible with one click. Everything is easy, and our workflow is very smooth with this.
What is most valuable?
For daily, day-to-day tasks, Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is easy to use. Our passwords are secure and easy to access.
Security is the main concern that we look at with Keeper Enterprise Password Manager. It provides great security in terms of password managing. It's a one-click solution, which is good.
Multi-factor authentication is the most reliable feature that I use right now with Keeper Enterprise Password Manager. It just pops up a notification on my phone, so it's an easy and the best way to secure our passwords.
The time saved is the most major benefit that we look at with Keeper Enterprise Password Manager. We don't have to log in or write our passwords again and again. It's just one click, one go, and everything is sorted out. Keeper Enterprise Password Manager protects it very easily, and it gives all the security that we are looking for right now. Our time is saved with one click of Keeper Enterprise Password Manager. Keeper Enterprise Password Manager keeps our passwords safe. We don't have to write them again and again.
What needs improvement?
Sometimes, Keeper Enterprise Password Manager gives a wrong password. Whenever I log in, it just does not recognize our managed password. There may be a bug.
Looking at the user interface of Keeper Enterprise Password Manager, there is room for improvement on that side. Perhaps transitioning and smoothing out the interface would help.
There are several improvements that are needed with Keeper Enterprise Password Manager. As I mentioned, there is room for integration and fixing bugs. Nothing is perfect in this world.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Keeper Enterprise Password Manager for the last one year.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Keeper Enterprise Password Manager can handle my organization's growth and needs.

Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is a smooth and easy app to use.
What about the implementation team?
Our IT department handled the implementation of Keeper Enterprise Password Manager.
Centralized credential management has strengthened security and simplifies secure client sharing
What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is credential management for internal purposes and for client-related credential management and secrets keeping.
One of the main examples of how I use Keeper Enterprise Password Manager for credential management is for global admin access into tenants. Rather than having credentials saved elsewhere, we utilize Keeper Enterprise Password Manager's strong password creation skills and TOTP access, which can then be shared with other engineers. This helps lower costs on licensing due to not having multiple different accounts and it backs it up with a very strong, secure password or passphrase creation. We also utilize it for sharing credentials with clients and gathering credentials as Keeper Enterprise Password Manager allows us to share fillable forms with clients to gather information from them securely.
We utilize the platform as intended, being a password manager. It is very useful and quite secure. I appreciate being able to give staff free, personal accounts that can be used as long as they are licensed users. I highly recommend the BreachWatch element for any potential clients.
What is most valuable?
The best features that Keeper Enterprise Password Manager offers include the fantastic BreachWatch system, which lets you know what has appeared on the dark web through various searches. It helps with credential management and fixing weak passwords. The one-time share feature is great, and we use that heavily for onboards, offboards, and sharing important credentials that we do not embed into tickets or via email. The reporting features are very useful. We tested the privileged access management SKU, which was very useful but did not come to fruition in our company due to a lack of need. The general MSP console and management of clients is very simple and useful compared to other password managers I have utilized.
When we first added BreachWatch, we could see how many of the client records provided to us were either insecure or not strong. This allowed us to go in and update those to more secure credentials, which is essentially the whole point. It is also good when we onboard clients, as we know what is insecure when they provide any secure logins. The reporting features are quite simple and easy to use, and log-wise they are great. We have it inputted into our SIEM , which helps.
Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has positively impacted our organization by increasing our overall security. It has made our general workflow quicker and easier for credential management and TOTP sharing. Overall, it does exactly what it is meant to do and is beneficial to our organization, especially as an MSP.
Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has improved our workflow through all credential management and the ability to pass over and retrieve logins from clients becoming much faster and easier.
What needs improvement?
I think Keeper Enterprise Password Manager could be improved in SSO management, which is a little iffy at times. You require Keeper Automator to allow automated approvals. If your entire tenancy gets their sessions kicked out, an admin must sign in and manually approve the first logins. It is not too annoying, but it does cause some headaches at times when people cannot sign into the desktop apps due to the SSO setup. Overall, it is a great product.
It would be great to share entire folders externally, but that is not currently possible.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Keeper Enterprise Password Manager for close to two years in an organizational sense.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The scalability of Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is great. It is easy to spin up a tenant and add users through SSO and just-in-time provisioning. I have not had any issues.
How are customer service and support?
The customer support for Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is good. You can email their support hotline, and they typically respond within hours, if not within a day, depending on the urgency. We have not had any urgent matters arise.
How would you rate customer service and support?
Positive
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We previously used IT Glue. It was not as useful as Keeper Enterprise Password Manager and was a little clunky. It is great in other elements but not a dedicated password management tool.
What was our ROI?
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing has been good. I am not particularly involved with that aspect, and the details were discussed during onboarding and managed by our accounts team.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Before choosing Keeper Enterprise Password Manager, we evaluated other options including 1Password, Dashlane, Bitwarden , and KeePass. Those were probably the main solutions we reviewed, and we landed on Keeper Enterprise Password Manager.
What other advice do I have?
Keeper Enterprise Password Manager does exactly what you are expecting it to do as a password manager. It performs well, looks good, and is pretty easy to set up. I recommend this over other platforms, as I have utilized 1Password and Dashlane in the past. Because I implemented this platform in my organization, I now use it personally. It is a great platform.
