    What do you like best about the product?
    What I appreciate most about CloudKeeper is how it brings together clear cost visibility, proactive anomaly detection, and uncomplicated AWS budgeting. All of these features are presented within an interface that is easy to navigate, making it much simpler to manage and act on cloud financial oversight.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It takes a little while to get familiar with all the different dashboards and features but eventually once the learning curve is passed things are simple. Also the team support is great.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    CloudKeeper has helped our team take control of AWS costs and budgeting by providing clear visibility into our spending and flagging any unusual spikes before they become a problem.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The team is very helpful. If you need any help, you can just raise a support ticket and they get on a call and assist you promptly. We were facing an issue with AWS SSO integration and Vishu from their team promptly got on a call and guided us in resolving the issue.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    They lack Google SSO/SAML integration in the platform. Having this feature could make internal access control easier for us.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    CloudKeeper is solving our AWS Billing problem. AWS bills us in USD and it becomes difficult to process payment for usage via Credit Card. CloudKeeper bills us directly in INR for our usage and makes billing easier for us. It also recommends way in which we can save cost and gives us dashboard/analytics which can help us understand our AWS usage.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The dashboard has all I need for FinOps. The support team responds very fast most of the time
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Nothing to complain about overall. The only small issue I experienced recently was that I sent an email to the support address but didn’t receive a response. However, once I reached out to the account manager, I got a reply very quickly.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    They provide valuable cost-saving insights, help track our current spending trends, and support us in planning infrastructure improvements—especially since most of our systems are in the cloud. Whenever I need assistance, I can always count on their team to respond and support us promptly.

We’ve achieved strong savings through their discounts, cost optimization, and technical support. The CloudKeeper Lens Platform gives deep, well-organized visibility into costs—better than AWS Cost Explorer, with color-coded trends that make changes easy to track. The CloudKeeper team is highly engaged, quick to respond, and technically very strong. They act like an extension of our own team, proactively flagging cost anomalies and providing detailed follow-ups. A truly valuable partner for AWS cost management.
