    What do you like best about the product?
    It gives excellent visibility into our AWS usage and monthly spend. The dashboards are clean, intuitive, and much easier to use than digging through native AWS billing reports. With CloudKeeper, we quickly identify cost spikes, unused resources, and get insight into where we can optimise — something we previously missed. The integration is seamless, and the support team is responsive and very helpful when we have cost-related queries.

    In larger or more complex environments, we sometimes wish for more flexibility in how reports are generated or scheduled.

    What do you like best about the product?
    It is easy to integrate and it immediately gives you a great overview of all the accounts in your organization. It feels more intuitive than using the native AWS Cost exploring options, which feel a bit scattered at times. We use it in our Monthly cost reviews and whenever we are analyzing any aws cost issues/plans.

    Also the support from the Cloudkeeper team is unparalleled, whenever I have cost related questions, they provide answers in a timely and complete manner. They even go the extra mile of explaining the "how" and not only the "what" should be done.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    On the Recommendations, any AWS Cost savings, like reserved instances or Cost savings plans don't get recommended - I think this could be calculated automatically based on the Services usage.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Managing our AWS Costs, analyzing any cost related issues and helping plan adequate next steps for the cost usage.
    It also helps with having readily available data to present AWS cost to other stakeholders.

    At times, there are delays in the requests we raise. We would greatly appreciate quicker response times. Additionally, we would be thankful if better discounts could be considered.

    It helps reduce the time spent analyzing cost contributors and also supports efficient management of unused services, leading to better overall resource optimization.
