What do you like best about the product?
Typeform, helped me created my birthday RSVP in best possible way and also helped me with data metric to evaluate the responses.
It was easy and easier to fill than generic forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The costing of the form can be slightly better when it is not being used for business setting.

Easier to fill and have ready tabs.

Shocking gatekeeping of essential CAPTCHA, only form builder engaging in this behavior

What do you like best about the product?
Truly a solid form builder all around, modern design, good feature set, visual automation designer, but excluding CAPTCHA on all but their "growth" plans is *crippling*. More on this in the dislike section.

Again, good ease of use, ease of implementation, and ease of integration. Form builders are central to what we do, and plays a pivotal role in lead generation for us every day. None of this matters, however, when you're getting overwhelmed with bot and click farm form fills.

Their customer support was good, but there's nothing they can do to help you with an policy driven, intentionally crippled product.
What do you dislike about the product?
CRIPPLEWARE ALERT

TLDR: AVOID THIS BUILDER unless you want to pay $199/m or $349/m for a builder WITH essential CAPTCHA to protect you from an avalanche of fake leads/form fills.

We spent a lot of time tuning our elaborate array of forms only to realize afterwards that CAPTCHA (or any other bots protection) is purposely withheld, and not available as an addon on any of their standard plans. When you go to their website, there's a link to their pricing in the main nav. None of the plans on this page have basic bot protection. Bots/AI is a growing problem. You have to click on a small button/tab to go to another page with their only two usable "growth" plans. They are fully aware that none of their "core plans" are viable for any of their customers due to how disruptive it is to deal with overwhelming bot traffic. It's even worse if you run PPC ads, since bot form fills will count as conversions, cost you money, and train your campaign algorithms to look for more bot traffic. Again, if you are counting form fills as lead conversions in ads, you will be paying for these fake leads and training your campaign to go get more like them (more bots leads) because Typeform won't allow you to filter these out unless you pay for their top tier plans.

Not a *single other form builder* gatekeeps CAPTCHA, and many even include it in their free plans, which is generous. Why? Because they known their products aren't usable without it.

CAPTCHA is a Google service that costs Typeform very, very little. They know their product is unusable without CAPTCHA. Sadly, most people will find this out once they have fully built out and refine their forms, go live, and evaluate performance over a month or two. They will especially find it untenable to run ads with zero line of defense against bots.

It's a real bummer they engage in bad faith tactics like this. We ended up duplicating all our efforts and switching form providers.

Ultimately it was a wolf in sheep's clothing. Great software with a highly deceptive pricing structure.

Great tool for low budget branded surveys

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can add your brand kit to the tool so that you can ensure your organisation's brand consistency remains intact despite it being a third-party tool. I also like that you can embed the survey onto your own web page so that you don't have to leave to another site/ remain on your website. Surveys are easy to set up and you can integrate easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike about Typeform is that if you have an automated email set up, it is a bit clunky - in both setting up, and also in look and feel. It would be nice to be able to add branding, different coloured fonts for headings etc. However, all in all it is a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to do major devs on our website to have a nice looking survey on the website

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is amazing!!! Love the questions and how quickly they go. They are accurate and also when there is a problem they quick to respond to help you solve the issue. I will continue to use this software and give my truth feed back as I hope to help researchers and others out there that need it. Thank you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far!!! I honestly haven't had any issues. Sometime with soo many people using it maybe it slows down a bit but if you clear you or history and cache it starts working again as it did before the issues. Easy fix in my opnion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be a better business person, easier way to answer questions but helps me communicate with other business members.

What do you like best about the product?
Design and response experience, make it easy to use. The AI that organizes the questions and the output format of the answers is amazing, I have really enjoyed using it. Another great positive point is having different paths from each answer.
What do you dislike about the product?
He may not be so common for some users, I think it's important to consolidate the brand with the general public.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for a teacher database mapping and it has been very effective in this task. We are also using it for course and training registrations, and it performs very well in collecting this information too.

ease, simplicity, efficiency in use, but also the sales service always there to satisfy

Ok, it lacks the copy and paste of a slide into another questionnaire, apart from that, it is very accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Evaluation questionnaires about the project, the power of the Sponsor, the experience of the Project Manager , the clarity of the specifications and the relationships with subcontractors are evaluated .
