    What do you like best about the product?
    What I like best about Typeform is its conversational approach to forms and surveys. Instead of presenting users with a long list of questions on a single page, the one-question-at-a-time experience feels much more engaging and has helped improve response completion rates for feedback collection, project surveys, and information-gathering activities.

    The UI/UX is one of the strongest aspects of the platform. The drag-and-drop builder makes it easy to create professional-looking forms without technical expertise, while conditional logic and branching allow surveys to be customized based on user responses. This helps collect more relevant information and creates a better experience for respondents.

    I also appreciate the integrations with tools such as Google Sheets, Slack, HubSpot, and Zapier. These integrations automate data collection and reduce manual work by ensuring responses flow directly into existing workflows. This has improved efficiency and made reporting easier.

    Performance has been consistently reliable, with forms loading quickly and responses being captured accurately. The onboarding experience was straightforward, and new users can begin creating surveys with minimal training. The recent AI-assisted form creation features are also useful because they help generate survey structures and questions more quickly, reducing setup time.

    From a pricing and ROI perspective, Typeform has helped save time, improve response quality, and streamline feedback collection processes. An unexpected benefit has been the increase in participant engagement compared to traditional forms, resulting in more complete and actionable data for decision-making.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    While Typeform delivers an excellent survey experience, there are a few areas where improvements would make the platform even stronger. The most noticeable limitation is that several advanced capabilities, higher response limits, and premium customization options are only available on higher-tier plans. For organizations running multiple surveys or collecting large response volumes, costs can increase quickly.

    Although the reporting tools are useful, I would like to see deeper analytics and more advanced visualization options within the platform itself. For complex projects, exporting data to external reporting tools is sometimes still necessary to perform deeper analysis.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Before using Typeform, collecting feedback, registrations, survey responses, and project-related information often required multiple tools and significant manual effort. Traditional forms frequently resulted in lower response rates, incomplete submissions, and additional time spent organizing data for reporting and analysis.

    Typeform solves these challenges by providing an engaging platform for creating surveys, questionnaires, registration forms, and feedback collection processes. The conversational format encourages participants to complete surveys, resulting in higher-quality responses and better completion rates compared to traditional form builders.

    The platform has significantly improved workflow efficiency by automating data collection and integrating directly with business tools such as Google Sheets, CRM systems, and collaboration platforms. Responses are automatically organized, reducing manual data entry and helping ensure information is available for reporting and follow-up activities.

    Performance has been reliable even when handling larger response volumes, and the built-in analytics provide immediate visibility into survey results. The AI-assisted survey creation features further reduce setup time by helping generate survey structures and questions more efficiently.

    From an ROI perspective, Typeform has reduced administrative workload, improved response quality, and accelerated reporting processes.     What do you like best about the product?
    I find Typeform very intuitive, which is a big plus for me. I like the AI feature that's been added recently because it makes things easier, reducing the amount of research and thinking I have to do. Also, the price point is something that I like. The initial setup of Typeform was very easy for my team.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I would just say that we could get more entrants or, like, users, to complete the surveys. For the rate. I think they're capped at a certain rate.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Typeform lets us efficiently get answers to important questions with a seamless experience and nice aesthetic. It's intuitive, and the AI feature reduces my need to think or research as much.

    Easy AI Survey Builder with Smooth CSV Upload and Klaviyo Integration

    What do you like best about the product?
    It was really easy to use the AI tool to help build out the survey. It was also very easy to upload a CSV and use the AI to expand on the questionnaire.
    The integratoin with Klaviyo is also great, jsut wish the integration with Shopify was better.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I wish the integration with Shopify was better.
    The drag and drop functionality to edit the question orders can be a bit buggy at times, its better to use the manual move up / move down buttons. There is no feature to automatically set all questions as required, you need to do this for each individual question.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    This is solving our need to do regular customer surveys and accuratley collect and analyse the data.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I highly recommend Typeform, even though it's slightly pricey, I think it's worth it. I like how I can integrate it with other apps, like connecting to my Calendly. This really reduces friction in setting up demos for my business. The setup was easy for my small company, which only has two people.
