What do you like best about the product?
Its an all in one tool to collect info through surveys, feedbacks with its prebuilt & customisable forms, analyse the info by integrating with tools like tools like Google Sheets, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, and Zapier. Features like Conditional logic (Logic Jumps) & personalisation and very easy to use & hand holding UI with responsive design makes it a much frequently used tool for research. It is easily implementable & shareable with all the target audience
What do you dislike about the product?
As its a freemium plan the free plan has a lot of limitations like limited responses and lesser features availability. It does not work offline and also its one question ata time functionality make it difficult & lengthy for a longer form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes forms and surveys easy and fun to fill instead of boring. It helps you get more responses quickly and keeps all the answers organised. With so many tools under its belt its Integrations with Google Sheets, Notion, CRMs, etc., cut down manual work for analysis

What do you like best about the product?
The way the forms can be made to look and the conditional logic flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is pretty high if you are looking to use all the features that they fully offer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a way to capture leads on our website and clients that wasn't just a simple contact form. The flow of type form helped increase conversion and decrease spam.

What do you like best about the product?
Having everything in one place to refer back to is so helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there aren't more in between level plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform was used for people to RSVP and submit dietary restrictions for an event. Additionally, we used it to survey around 14k readers to figure out more about the group.

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is a great, affordable survey software. You can do lots of things, for a good value for money. However, if you use Typeform with a bigger team, and if you want multi user, you eventually need to upgrade and it gets quiet expensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see multi user as a standard feature. Archiving of old surveys would also be helpful. And a global trigger for the Zapier integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to run surveys all the time: for screeing, recruiting, internally etc. Typeform is an easy-to-use, affordable form builder that covers 80% of our use cases.

What do you like best about the product?
The features of TypeForm that I like are its easy-to-use interface, excellent logic jumps, and drag-and-drop form-building feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Two main reasons why I dislike it are the high cost and unavailability of advanced insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TypeForm is benefiting me by assisting me in collecting potential leads, conducting surveys, and building an Online Form.
