What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how simple and modern Typeform is. The forms have a clean appearance, and people seem to enjoy completing them, which has led to improved response rates for us. The logic features are straightforward to use, and the integrations with tools such as Slack and HubSpot make it easy to transfer data efficiently without needing to do it manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced features require a bit of time to configure, and the cost can seem steep if you need several forms or a higher number of responses. Additionally, a few of the built-in integrations could be more seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform allows us to gather feedback and leads in a more interactive manner. It keeps all our information well-organized, automatically sends data to our workflow tools, and helps us save time by minimizing the need for manual follow-ups. In general, it streamlines the entire data collection process and makes it significantly easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is excellent for designing clean, interactive, and user-friendly forms. Its approach of presenting one question at a time, similar to a conversation, has significantly improved and sped up our data collection process. The conditional logic feature has also been particularly helpful, as it lets us display questions based on individual responses, which results in more precise and valuable information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Typeform's forms are visually appealing and do a good job of keeping users engaged. However, the stylish design can sometimes cause slow loading times, and I find the interface a bit challenging to navigate at times. While it's a solid choice for creating attractive forms, the limitations may become problematic depending on your specific requirements and budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform makes collecting information from people easy and enjoyable. Its conversational, step-by-step design is very engaging, which consistently helps us receive more responses. The experience for those filling out the forms is positive, and it has made my data collection process more organized and effective.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform makes our forms and surveys look way better than the other tools. The conversational layout is really great. Our completion rates went up a lot after switching to Typeform. Typeform easily connects with HubSpot and Slack, so responses get pushed straight into our workflows. Building logic-based flows is simple. Now I don’t need much help from developers to launch a new form.
What do you dislike about the product?
Loading times are little bit slower in some older devices. Branding options are good, but more layout controls will make it better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform helps us collect cleaner data from leads. So those who fill the forms wont feel bore. It saves time on follow-up because everything syncs directly into our automation tools. Overall, it helps us run smoother campaigns and get better insights.

Having no issues with payment processes is another plus, ensuring everything runs smoothly without stress. Additionally, I use it alongside Microsoft Edge and other software without any problem, which showcases its compatibility and ease of use in a tech-driven environment. My team fully relies on Typeform because it's comprehensive enough to meet all our needs efficiently. Setting up the platform is straightforward and doesn't require extensive effort, making it a user-friendly experience overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I noticed an issue with Typeform's emails being sent to the promotions tab in Gmail instead of the primary inbox. This made it difficult to see important emails easily. However, it seems like this problem has been addressed now, as I received a confirmation that this issue was solved.

I use Typeform to reach and schedule meetings with large groups easily, facilitating surveys and meetings globally. It's user-friendly, stress-free, and has significantly helped my business grow.

It's a form tool that we use a lot as is very easy to use for everybody and helps us mantain our corporative image.

Sometimes we can not do everything we would like to do, but we try to look online ways to acheve it.

Eventhough we use Microsoft tools, Typeform helps us go further than Forms.

What I like best about Typeform is how intuitive and visually appealing it is. It turns forms and surveys into engaging conversations, making the experience feel more personal and less like filling out a boring questionnaire

What I dislike about Typeform is that some of its most useful features are only available on higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for smaller teams or individual users.

Typeform is helping me collect information in a way that feels human and interactive. It makes data collection smoother and more enjoyable for respondents, which means I get higher response rates and better-quality insights. I use it for different purposes like research studies, lead capture, HR processes, and various online forms — it’s super versatile and easy to adapt to any need.
