The clean interface and smooth flow make building forms feel effortless, even for first-time users. Overall, the experience feels professional without ever becoming complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is on the higher side compared to similar tools, especially when advanced features are needed for regular use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us collect client feedback in a simple, engaging way after their travel holidays, which improves both response rates and the clarity of what we receive. The structured format also saves us time compared with doing manual follow-ups.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is incredibly user-friendly and visually appealing, which makes creating surveys simple. The conversational style of forms helps increase engagement, encouraging more customers to complete surveys. We also love the customisation options: branding, question types, and logic jumps make it easy to create surveys that feel personal and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is great for engagement, some advanced reporting features can feel a bit limited compared to dedicated analytics tools. Exporting and analysing large volumes of responses can also be slightly cumbersome, and occasionally we wish there were more native integrations with certain CRM or analytics platforms.

Typeform helps us gather structured feedback and insights from our customers quickly and efficiently. This allows us to understand their preferences, identify pain points, and make informed decisions about product development and customer experience. it used to be much easier to automate getting emails when responses are completed. not sure what is happenign now. the AI feature with zapier is too complex

collecting information and resolving back and forth over email getting all the info in one place

What do you like best about the product?
I love Typeform. The forms are incredibly easy to manage. Everything is user-friendly: from analyzing results to setting up integrations with other apps... Plus, from a respondent's perspective, Typeform’s design is highly effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The truth is, there isn't much I don't like about it. It can be a bit slow at times, especially when searching for a specific form—and I have a huge number of them in my workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a simple way to create intuitive forms for job applications. Thanks to Typeform, we’ve seen a real increase in the number of candidates applying for our job offers.
