Great Software, too expensive
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how simple it is to use and how straightforward it is to create forms with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price seems a bit high to me, and I also dislike that there is no phone support available.

Typeform has made it simple for my customers to complete forms, and they are consistently impressed by how visually appealing the forms are.

Typeform solves the problem of getting people to actually complete forms by making surveys feel conversational, clean, and easy to use. As a user experience professional, I find it especially helpful for gathering user feedback on important projects such as brand audits.

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is the most user-friendly form creation software I've used. I love the variety of forms you can create, and it's also a user-friendly experience for prospects and customers taking the form. It integrates with all of our tools, can easily be embedded on our site, and is just all-around a great product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one tiny thing I don't love about Typeform is that there is an "Ok" or "Submit" button on each question that you can't get rid of. It's unnecessary because when you answer a question, it automatically goes to the next screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform is helping us with both brand awareness as a thought leader in HR technology and lead capture.

What do you like best about the product?
The one-question-at-a-time format feels like a conversation instead of homework. People don't see this giant wall of fields and immediately close the tab. The logic jumps work flawlessly too, so you can create these branching paths that feel personalized without any coding.
Of course, the design themes are the best part about Typeform. They come up with great themes (some are paid) that you can apply to your form.

What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan is basically useless unless you're collecting like 10 responses total. Once you need any real functionality (branding removal, logic jumps, more than 100 responses per month), you're looking at $25/month minimum. And if you want things like payment collection or file uploads, you need the $50/month plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used it for customer feedback surveys, event registrations, even a quiz for our team meeting, and every time I'm impressed by how many people actually finish.

Having no issues with payment processes is another plus, ensuring everything runs smoothly without stress. Additionally, I use it alongside Microsoft Edge and other software without any problem, which showcases its compatibility and ease of use in a tech-driven environment. My team fully relies on Typeform because it's comprehensive enough to meet all our needs efficiently. Setting up the platform is straightforward and doesn't require extensive effort, making it a user-friendly experience overall.

I noticed an issue with Typeform's emails being sent to the promotions tab in Gmail instead of the primary inbox. This made it difficult to see important emails easily. However, it seems like this problem has been addressed now, as I received a confirmation that this issue was solved.

A feature allowing for minimal text formatting would further enhance the platform's ability to handle detailed professional profiles and complex data.

It's a form tool that we use a lot as is very easy to use for everybody and helps us mantain our corporative image.

Sometimes we can not do everything we would like to do, but we try to look online ways to acheve it.

Eventhough we use Microsoft tools, Typeform helps us go further than Forms.
