What do you like best about the product?

What I like most about Typeform is its conversational form experience and intuitive interface. Unlike traditional forms that can feel overwhelming, Typeform presents one question at a time, making the experience more engaging and user-friendly. Clean, modern interface that encourages higher form completion rates. Easy drag-and-drop form builder with no coding required. Conditional logic for creating personalized form flows. Integrations with CRM, marketing, and productivity tools. Real-time response collection and analytics. For me, the most valuable feature is the conditional logic. It allows forms to adapt based on a user's answers, creating a more personalized experience while collecting only the most relevant information. The biggest benefit is improved user engagement. Typeform makes surveys, feedback forms, registrations, and lead capture forms feel less like traditional questionnaires, resulting in a smoother experience and often better response quality.

What do you dislike about the product?

The biggest drawback is the pricing model. While the platform delivers a polished and engaging form experience, the cost can increase significantly as usage grows or when premium features are needed. Analytics and reporting could provide more in-depth insights without requiring external tools.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Typeform solves the problem of creating engaging, easy-to-complete forms for collecting information from users. Traditional forms can be long and overwhelming, while Typeform's conversational approach makes the experience more interactive and user-friendly. Simplifies the creation of surveys, feedback forms, and lead generation forms. Improves form completion rates through an intuitive, one-question-at-a-time experience. Automates data collection and reduces manual processing. Supports conditional logic to collect more relevant information. Integrates with CRM, marketing, and productivity tools to streamline workflows. In my day-to-day work, I use Typeform to collect customer feedback, registration details, and internal survey responses. The responses are automatically organized, making it easier to analyze data and take action without spending time on manual data entry. The biggest benefit is efficiency. It helps gather high-quality information through a better user experience while reducing administrative effort and improving the overall data collection process.

Text overlapping on top of each other. Yeah.

No business problems for me! It is benefitting me because I don’t have to worry about it.

What do you like best about the product?

I find Typeform very intuitive, which is a big plus for me. I like the AI feature that's been added recently because it makes things easier, reducing the amount of research and thinking I have to do. Also, the price point is something that I like. The initial setup of Typeform was very easy for my team.

What do you dislike about the product?

I would just say that we could get more entrants or, like, users, to complete the surveys. For the rate. I think they're capped at a certain rate.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Typeform lets us efficiently get answers to important questions with a seamless experience and nice aesthetic. It's intuitive, and the AI feature reduces my need to think or research as much.

What do you like best about the product?

It was really easy to use the AI tool to help build out the survey. It was also very easy to upload a CSV and use the AI to expand on the questionnaire.
The integratoin with Klaviyo is also great, jsut wish the integration with Shopify was better.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wish the integration with Shopify was better.
The drag and drop functionality to edit the question orders can be a bit buggy at times, its better to use the manual move up / move down buttons. There is no feature to automatically set all questions as required, you need to do this for each individual question.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

This is solving our need to do regular customer surveys and accuratley collect and analyse the data.

What do you like best about the product?

I highly recommend Typeform, even though it's slightly pricey, I think it's worth it. I like how I can integrate it with other apps, like connecting to my Calendly. This really reduces friction in setting up demos for my business. The setup was easy for my small company, which only has two people.

What do you like best about the product?

It has a great blend of flexibility and ease-of-use. I needed something simple for a feedback mechanism, but I had a few unusual project requirements that required a somewhat robust platform. Typeform fit the bill. It performed exactly the way I needed, it was easy for me to onboard, and it did it all for a price that fit my budget.

What do you dislike about the product?

It isn't as obnoxious as some products I've used, but it does constantly want you to upgrade, of course. That's deeply annoying when you have a fixed-term project with a defined schedule and budget.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I used Typeform for a brand research project, and it was pretty perfect. I was able to define a short series of fixed-response and open-ended questions, and I was able to build in some custom recruiting fields for additional follow-ups that were easy to remove once we reached our quotas. It's simple and exports the data in a way that makes it easy to use for the next phase of our project.

I use it to keep up to date on customer information for kits we send out

Typeform helps with property management in multifamily by providing easy-to-use survey tools with branching options.

The many customisation options, flows and intergrations. Also performance wise; it integrates quite easilty on any webpage. Also the onboarding was quite helpful

Sometimes the flows can get quite a mess

We found the product very useful for the different types of forms we were using, and it was also very easy to navigate.

I sometimes found the layout confusing, and it could be hard to locate different areas of the platform.

Collating all the data in one spot, even though we had multiple forms, meant I didn’t have to hunt for the information.
