What do you like best about the product?

I really enjoy using Typeform. I like that we can include a brand kit, so the forms always look consistent and stay on brand. I also appreciate how easy they are to build and how simple they are for our customers to complete. The forms integrate with Hubspot, which makes it easy to track all the necessary data there. I also like that the platform is AI-focused and can help me rewrite things when needed.

What do you dislike about the product?

I haven't had a bad experience or anything within the platform that I feel needs improvements.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Typeform has made it easier for us to reach our customers globally, and we haven’t had any issues with people accessing the platform. The look and feel are polished, and it doesn’t come across as “just another form” to fill out.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how Typeform lets me design a quiz-style form with complex logic, tailored to accommodate different types of students and answers. It's convenient for developing my lessons in a cost-effective way since I've just started my business. I really appreciate that I can customize Typeform to fit my brand, and I mainly value the forms for easily collecting feedback.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wish I had just a bit more customization and the ability to create more unique layouts. The size of typography mainly, and for layout size of images and where it goes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Typeform makes it easy and cost-effective to develop my lessons with complex logic and customize forms to fit my brand.

What do you like best about the product?

The user interface was very simple to navigate and we were able to integrate it with our payroll system to make responses easier for our workforce.

What do you dislike about the product?

Didn't dislike anything about typeform. We just don't have the need for a year round survey system.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Typeform, we didn’t have a reliable way to collect employee feedback from all of our locations. Typeform made it possible for us to gather input across every site in one place.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like the clean layout and how easy it is to customize. With Typeform, I was able to create a solid FAQ and a customer service workflow, which makes it much easier for me to connect with my customers.

What do you dislike about the product?

As a small business owner, I find it quite pricey for me.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customers now go through a very organized FAQ first before reaching out, which helps answer many of their questions right away. I also created a form for customers to fill out, so I already know what kind of question I’m dealing with when they contact me.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like how simple Typeform is to use. Designing forms is a breeze, and it makes it very easy to create forms and gather feedback from clients. In the past, I've used it for competitions and games, which I enjoyed because they're easy to build and allow for quick data collection. It's also fantastic for email campaigns — being able to embed the first question into an email helps increase the click-through rate. Additionally, setting it up was pretty straightforward; I was able to do it myself and just shared instructions with the team. I've already recommended it to people, so I would rate it a solid 10 out of 10.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't like the fact that the social share buttons at the end link through to Typeform. It would be really useful if we could link those social share buttons to our own socials. I believe that used to be a feature in the past, but it doesn't seem to be available anymore. It is quite frustrating because it would be great to use the customer journey to drive people to our socials, but I always remove them because it takes them through to Typeform's socials. Also, I have tried to use it with Make in the past, but I cannot get the API connector to work.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Typeform to collect and export client feedback, making it easy to analyze overall scores and identify improvement areas. It centralizes data and simplifies designing forms, benefiting our team's performance understanding.

Easy to work with and navigate. Also nice to embed to email

Not easy to customize some rules and also email embedding not able to edit within typeform

The platform is really good; the fact you can add your own branding and create fully branded forms has been really helpful. Some limitations are not the best, but you can work around them

What do you dislike about the product?

I haven’t tried the integration yet, but we use HubSpot, and it’s helpful to know we can integrate with it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The platform allows each department to create its own form, which is really good for us. That way, marketing isn’t the only participant.

What do you like best about the product?

Typeform makes it easy to have nice forms and to collect answers. We love especially the logic function as it helps us sort out our clients in a quick and efficient way without us having to get involved. We also use the notifications function so people can see exactly which answers they have sent and it helps them to remember their answers and supply additional details if needed. We also use the notification function for our team. As lots of us work remote and on the go, they quickly get notified when there is a new form and they can preview the answers while they are out and about. . The pricing is also flexible for our needs. Most of the times we are within the answers range of our pricing package but we can easily increase it at a fair price when we need some more.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't really dislike anything about typeform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We run a charity and are screening adopters and fosters. And there use typeform to quickly filter out any unfit adopters and fosters. With the help of the logic in typeform we can quickly let people know when they are not a good fit without us having to send out answers. It also helps us speed up the process as we can quickly share a link to the form and don't have to keep sending messages.

The pricing structure could be clearer; it was difficult to work out what I needed.

What do you like best about the product?

It is really easy to put together surveys, the branching works really well. I also like how you can edit the branding to align with different clients that I work with. In Typeform, they are regularly adding updates which is always elevating the experience.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wish I could run a full test survey process without having to complete all the questions, I set them as required for users as that is needed, but when I am running through it to check and to share with clients before they go live an actual test link where they could flick through all the questions would be great.

Typeform helps me as it is a professional looking platform, it helps come up with questions through AI, it is a safe reliable system to look after the data collected. It means I can offer professional surveys to my clients as I complete data collection for them.
