Great product, easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to set up a survey, add conditional logic or branching, and control the various types of questions, response types, etc. The summaries of results are handy as well. Love the flexibility. It's simple for end users to respond on mobile or web as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some reason I find the branding a bit more challenging to apply than I want it to be. Wish I could buy or earn AI credits on my plan without having to upgrade to a higher tier.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have used Typeform in its native integration with Affinity, and in many cases this integration fails. It would be a good development to have this improved in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that his user-friendly, and that it is intuitive. I have had no problems, customizing the look and feel of forms. It's also been quite simple to connect forms to my website and to create links for my respondents to easily access surveys, quizzes, and questionnaires.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have more flexibility in the placement of images and changes to the background of my forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Type form is giving me the ability to create interactive content for my population and doing so in a way that keeps the focus on me and my brand.

Typeform - Intuitive and Great Support!

What do you like best about the product?
I like typeforms ease of use the most. No need to watch length demo videos before getting started. Everything is intuitive to create a basic form and if you need something more complex their support articles and associates are fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
We originally did not realize that our forms were not shared with everyone on the team. I wish there was more transparency or a prompt to help you realize this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to gather more information about a certain sector of our audience. Typeform allowed us to create a nicely designed and easy to use survey for our recipients. We were also able to use our own branding to keep everything cohesive.

Typeform can handle almost anything you can throw at it for data flow and variable management.

I honestly haven't found any yet and I've been using Typeform for about two years!

Using Typeform to collect Leads

What do you like best about the product?
- The visual experience of going through a Typeform to fill in boring admin info about yourself. Our leads get a far better experience!
- The level of integrations Typerform has, allowing us to easily recover the inputs into our CRM and alert the team for the new lead received already created in our CRM as a lead,
- Extremely easy to implement!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, Typeofrm is easy to use and to interact with other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increase the customer experience to leave a lead and integrating with our CRM tool.
This allows us to receive more leads and have an already automated reach out flow.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Typeform is how easy it is to create complex forms and still make it personal to the person filling the form out. It has vastly reduced spam submissions on my website and increased general enquiries. The results page is also useful for collecting customers' stats super quick. I feel like I have only touched the surface with what Typeform can do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that they have a premium service and some tools are unavailable unless you pay a higher a price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We got Typeform to build complex forms and make them easy to use for the user. A lot of our forms depend on a variety of attributes about the customer and that changes how the form is answered. Using Typeform's easy to use interface ensures that each customer has a personal form.

We originally bought Typeform to build a quiz for the website which has different results depending on the answers. This was something our website devs couldn't build - but by far the best part of the quiz is how easy it is to look into the data of the results.

The free plan is very limited (only 10 responses per month).

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to create forms and to integrate with tools like Klaviyo, it has helped me capture data to later personalize email flows. Huge game changer. Also, the customization options let me keep everything on brand while improving engagement
What do you dislike about the product?
I love it, but the price can be a bit pricey if I want more higher response limits
