Fast, User-Friendly Workflow with Helpful Automatic Evaluation

What do you like best about the product?
It is fast, you can easily paste text, and it automatically performs basic evaluation, including graphs, percentages, etc. Also, the workflow is user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve just found out that some of the more complicated workflows I need aren’t possible. For example, if I want a segmentation question where the first three answers continue to one follow-up question, and the next three answers go to a different follow-up question, that setup isn’t supported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us with regular feedback from our customers. We use it after each update, or for every product report.

Engaging, Conversational Forms with Smooth Website Integration

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform turns a boring, generic form into a much more engaging experience. The one-question-at-a-time format feels more like a conversation than a typical form, and it actually improves completion rate. Another thing I find helpful is how easy it is to integrate with the website. It doesn’t feel clunky, and it has the ability to fit within the size we want, which makes the integration process a lot smoother overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I kinda found a bit downside of typeform is the pricing. It gets expensive pretty quickly as your response volume increases, which can be limiting if you're scaling or running multiple forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tyepform manily solves the problem of low engagement with traditional forms. Either, we noticed people drop-off midway or they wouldn't start feeling the form because of the interface.

Simple Customization, Better than Google Forms

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Typeform environment, which can be customized with logos and our corporate images. The ease of making changes is a great advantage, such as scheduling closures, designing responses, and sending notifications every time someone fills out a questionnaire. I love receiving notifications with all the responses in the same email, allowing me to include a link to our Sheet where we collect all the data. The ability to customize, with logos from different projects, colors, and fonts is something I appreciate a lot. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, which has allowed more people to be included to work with certain forms. Also, Typeform offers an agile way to collect data and link it to our system, which helps us manage the information efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yes, I would like to improve the reports, the results in the results tab. There is an option to view the reports, the summary of results, which was previously downloadable as a PDF and now I don't know what is varying with this functionality and I don't see it clearly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Typeform, I collect data quickly and connect it to our Sheet, improving information management. The customization and ease of programming surveys and receiving notifications make it valuable, offering additional features that motivated our switch from Google Forms.

Survey Ergonomics, Easy Creation and Powerful Integrations

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the ease of creating surveys with Typeform, it's simple and fast. I like the design of the surveys which is beautiful and allows our clients to navigate easily and quickly. The integrations are super useful, especially for transferring results directly into our CRM. The initial setup of Typeform was very easy, you just had to create your first survey in a few clicks. We use Typeform to send customer surveys after a support or contractual exchange. For the use we have, the subscription price is very reasonable. The embedded AI features are interesting for creating surveys but we use them little. The performance of the surveys is very good even though the real strength is the design and the ease of filling out for the clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations to embed a question directly in an email are not straightforward. The piece of code needed to add a question in an email is not easy to understand when you need to add placeholders for the client's first name, last name, and email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform allows me to easily create customer experience surveys integrated into my communications. The creation is simple and fast, the design is attractive, and the integration with our CRM HubSpot directly transfers the results. The surveys are post-interaction support inquiries. We have a good response rate, thanks to the ergonomics offered by Typeform in the survey navigation in particular.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Typeform very user-friendly. I like how easily it connects with other tools, especially Google Suite. The initial setup was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The increase in paywall features is unfortunate. I'm a subscriber, and over time more and more has been taken away from my tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Typeform for business data collection to help answer audience pain points, informing product creation. It's user-friendly and easily integrates with tools like Google Suite.

I like the simplicity it creates for customers. It’s not overwhelming for them

I think the cost is high. I would love more features on the lower levels. I’d also like people to be able to upload multiple photos on one page

What do you like best about the product?
I like the value for the cost of Typeform. It's a very fair price for what you are getting. The initial setup was really easy as I was just onboarded and given an account. It's pretty intuitive, especially if you're someone that works in customer insights. Typeform is very useful and perfect when you're doing something shorter or more streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think for some more complicated surveys, the functionality isn't really there. We use Qualtrics instead of Typeform for those more complicated surveys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform provides a quick way to get simple surveys done, offering a cost-effective solution without being very expensive like some other platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Typeform is comfortable to use and the result is very nice. Additionally, the result is very smooth and highly customizable. The initial setup process was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflow is sometimes a bit cumbersome and so is sending emails. Sometimes I set some settings but they don't work well the first time. I also find it difficult to find some options.

I use Typeform to gather information about our clients and leads.
