Worth trying!
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is a super easy and fun way to create online forms and surveys. The designs look great, and the interactive style keeps people engaged. Fairly easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a bit pricey for the advanced features, and you might find the customization options limited for complex stuff, but it’s definitely worth trying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Market research and data collection.
Its great like, really great but way too expensive

UI, customisable interface - so smooth - easy to set up, much prettier than google forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is so expensive - £25 a month or around that and you can't remove branding - woefully low form submission limits for the cost. Lots of alternative otpions which are 80% as good for 20% the price (at scale !)

Extracting customer info in a visually pleasing way
Crm is a breeze! Makes management flawless of vendors

I found it excellent for receiving feedback on design solutions, it allowed me to take the input from multiple users and organise it in a way that allowed me to weigh my approach in regards to prioritising features and addressing concerns

I found it frustrating sometimes encountering paywalls, but that wasn't unexpected with a paid service

It allowed me to receive feedback and tailor the process of how that feedback was collected to address my specific goals for development

What do you like best about the product?
Its very easy to set up and comes with tonnes of integrations. I don't think i have seen any other form with so many. This makes it appopriate for collecting nearly any kind of data and then piping through to your teams source of truth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really. I do wish it could save my responeses to form that i use frequently, like we use it for IT assistance and shouldn't be filling in my name each time.

Collecting data in an easy to use form and pushing it to the right application.
Great User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like the graphics on type form, it allows you to design surveys which display at as steps rather as whole forms and this is less overwhelming for potential survey participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found setting up a type form account challenging.

Type form allowed me to collect member feedback easily

It is very user friendly and it has been very helpful in our organization. Driving results from week 1.

Sometimes it slows down and needs to be rebooted.

Recording leads within the CRM seamlessly.
Typeforn makes form filling intuitive and almost too easy.
What do you like best about the product?
User controls and the ease of navigation using keyboard. I know I'm filling out the right field without constantly looking at the screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I remember correctly, sometimes I can't skip forward to see all the questions I have to answer, which isn't very fair to the user. More transparency would go a long way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Typeform user (I e. Using for business), I think typeform is more user friendly compared to Google forms, Survey Monkey and Microsoft forms. Using it is just easier.

The interface, how it is presented the options and how easy is to create forms

It is not free, and some features are only for the premium plan

Helps me with a tool that I can use to capture information of clients, and applied a satisfaction survey to improve our services
