Top notch survey platform
What do you like best about the product?
Eays to customize and looks great with our branding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish organization of different surveys was easier, or had a folder structure within workspaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Survey engagement, we need this data from our learners to make changes to our programs and Google Forms was not cutting it.

Super intuitive, user friendly and aesteically pleasing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The backend features could be optimized a bit further but overall it's a good experience.

Typeform makes creating forms and incorporating logic easy and enjoyable.

Some people don't enjoy the end-user format and would prefer to see all questions at once.

We needed multiple site contact forms and survey options that are all easy to update and monitor. Typeform fulfills that and more.
Beautiful and Powerful.
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is a grea tool to leverage all the powerful logic of a good form, without comprimising the aesthtic. It's the most unform, form experience we've found. It's great for giving a slightly more luxurious feeling while still capturing important info.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that since there more interaction with clicking through screens, it's a little less ideal for lead generation.

The logic flow is amazing. It's not a dumb form. Great for different registration flows.

Typeform is very user-friendly! It integrates with many apps that we use in our day-to-day business.

I haven't come across anything that I don't like about Typeform.

Typeform gives us an easy way to collect lead information, which improves the overall customer experience. I love that I can customize the forms for each brand that I work with!
Powerful Form Builder but UX/UI confusing
What do you like best about the product?
Forms are beautiful and have a good completion rate

The dashboard to design and manage forms is cluttered and not friendly

We were using Google Forms before, but we wante to preserve or brand in all our communications and Google Forms cant be personalized.
Great product for lean companies

easy to use and makes us look professional to a professional audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall - great product. nothing to add here.

eliminating the need to do a 30-45 recruiting intake call - we can now get the information we need and move faster w/o a call.
Great form builder software for creating forms and surveys
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is a form builder I like where you can create forms and embed them on your website very easily. For website embedding, they offer various options, such as showing your form as a slide-in. With the advanced features, you can create forms based on logic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes feel like the form customization is limited in terms of the contact info page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Typeform to create forms for LP if we want to learn more information from the website visitor and sometimes I need a quick form to implement on the website. Typeform is a fast solution for form creation.
