Great looking forms that are easy to build - at last!
What do you like best about the product?
If you've ever completed a form that was created using Typeform, you would surely remember it. That's because Typeform doesn't create the same boring forms that essentially every other form making company does, but instead creates these dynamic forms that use the entire canvas, swinging from one question to the next like a monkey swings high through the forest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, I suppose as with anything that stands tall above their competitors in a densely populated niche market, Typeform is across the street from the cheapest option. To be honest, if you're looking to collect a lot of responses, it can be downright pricely. But they do allow you to start for free which gives you the chance to build some forms and collect a limited number of responses so you can find out for yourself whether or not you can afford to move ahead with them by your side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform helps you create gorgeous, professional looking surveys that are not just easy for your participants to complete, but can actually be downright fun to fill out. When was the last time you heard that I suppose one of the greatest compliments one could get is true for Typeform - they create forms so well that whoever fills one out will enjoy it.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the fact that you can put all your typeforms into your own brandstyle. The platform has got many diffrent kinds of questions you can ask. And easy to pick them in your typo
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to be honest. I think only the fact that when you're really doing an research based on quantity you can't really analyse the correlation questions. With programs like SPSS
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use typeform to get insights from our customers but also now use it to generate emails and phonenumbers from our newest leads. This is really a good way to collect the details

What do you like best about the product?
I like how slick it is to move through questions. It has great integrations with Zapier allowing us to use typeform on our website and funnel customer comms through to Zendesk.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could be more collaborative when you are creating surveys on there, for example im not too sure how you can have shared typeforms that appear on your personal account to a collaborative account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables our customers to put in requests through our website and because of the seamless integration with zapier and zendesk, it automatically feeds to the right team.
Easy & fuss-free
What do you like best about the product?
As a user of the platform, I like that the platform is pretty easy to learn in order to create forms for my job. Setting up my survey questions and its answers are straightforward. As a user filling out the surveys, the UI is simple with minimal distractions since questions are asked one by one instead of a full form. It allows me to focus on the question at hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this moment, I don't see anything that jumps out at me. I've only used it a number of times. Not enough to really see if there's a problem that I keep encountering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a product designer, I need to be able to create forms quickly and my surveys tend to not be all that complicated to begin with. So, I know user retention is very important and in the case of asking participants to fill out a survey, it's hard enough as it is when time is money. So, Typeform helps me by constructing the UX of the survey to be "questions are asked one at a time". That way, participants are able to be guided through answering the survey from start to finish instead of leaving a set of survey questions for them to answer and risk them being distracted or demotivated from answering.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it mainly for a survey that I can post without associating it with my company. That's the main problem that Google Form has which is it will show your company name in some way or form. The analytics are on par with the other market survey tools.
Clean and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Slick (and clean) format, easy to navigate.

Honestly have not ecountered any so far!

I enjoy filling out surveys with Typeform - less clunky than other sites!
From idea to implementation in no time
What do you like best about the product?
We went from the initial idea to choosing the Typeform platform, creating the account, designing a form, and launching the campaign in less than two days! The whole process was easy to implement, and the approach is extremely impactful in terms of consistent qualified leads generation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything to dislike yet.

Typeform skyrocketed and automated our lead generation. We also get meaningful input and insights from our audience. Those insights are actively informing and shaping our approach and offers.

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform helps all users who want to create a quick and dynamic form for registration, survey forms, etc. I like the features, and the design tools, which are very easy for anyone who doesn't know coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to say as dislike about Typeform. It has all the features; we need to get used to it for few times to know all the options available to play with it to its extent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in building all kinds of custom forms as per our requirements and also benefits by providing one-click form designer tools and options. Helps individuals or companies by saving lots of time and money.
It streamlines the process of surveys and questionnaires
What do you like best about the product?
How to decide? Hmmm. I guess for me, which makes it different, is the ease of use to create logic strings and end up with a very easy-to-use way to collect data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really is no downside to the product. I wish it weren't so expensive compared to other products like theirs. I'm sure an affiliate program would be great to compensate for that.

Taking long PDF forms and converting them into a streamline version.
