Time-saving, user-friendly, customer-oriented and exquisite experience.
What do you like best about the product?
I like its UX/UI part. It is a seamless way of collecting responses; the responder doesn't feel the complexity of judgment. Its attractive name attaches to the user in the first interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trim material is available for the correct and exact use of the product. I believe more awareness should be public about how to use the product; for this, more case studies and tutorials must be part of the product introduction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform mitigates the confusion about how to start collecting views and making the best survey of products or services that can augment marketing efforts, increase sales and enhance revenue.

I really like Typeform for its user-friendly interface and modern design, which make it easy to create visually appealing surveys, forms, and quizzes. What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I have not encountered anything that makes me unhappy with Typeform. Its user-friendly interface, customization options, conversational approach to survey design, and advanced analytics features have met all of my expectations. I chose Typeform to help me with small no-code product tests. Its intuitive interface, conversational survey design, and customization options make it easy for me to create engaging surveys and forms to collect valuable feedback from users. With Typeform's advanced analytics and reporting features, I can quickly analyze the results and gain insights to make data-driven decisions. Overall, I have found Typeform to be an effective and efficient tool for conducting product tests and gathering user feedback without the need for coding skills.
A no-brainer for our surveys.

I find Typeform's survey templates to be visually appealing and attention-grabbing. The design and aesthetics of any survey is crucial for boosting survey engagement rates, and Typeform excels in this regard.

What do you dislike about the product?
Typeform's survey security measures are inadequate at present, and this is a cause for concern. With the rise of bot activity, our surveys have been negatively impacted in the past. To ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data generated from our surveys, Typeform should integrate authentication protocols into the survey collection process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform has been instrumental for conducting surveys of varying sample sizes. Its use of conditional logic mapping and chat-style format for presenting survey questions has resulted in highly interactive surveys , that enhances the quality of engagements we get off our surveys.
Great tool for building engaging forms, surveys, etc.
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is easy to use, but most importantly, the tool gives you LOTS of flexibility to build out forms that are ideal for any type of scenario. I use Typeform mostly for surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the options are there to customize forms to match branding, personalize questions, and build the right types of forms to grab attention, there are some areas that could be improved upon. Image placement in forms, for example isn't ideal, and some questions are limited with formatting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I struggle with building forms that stood out and grabbed attention, and Typeform has solved that problem. No longer stuck using Google Forms, which is a win! Will continue to use Typeform for the forseeable future.
Works pretty well
What do you like best about the product?
Very customisable - It has everything I need for a form app. We use it to get client feedback and book interviews with a CTA.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the transition between questions could be better. The way how the selected option blinks and then there is a shift downwards is not something I like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to have idea submissions from clients but also feedback on specific features. With the CTA feature we lead users to a calendly link to book interviews.
Straightforward forms
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up forms and customize them. There are a lot of options in terms of questions and data to collect very helpful when integrated with Notion so you can keep your database up-to-date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just like Notion once you open it, it's very blank, but after a few steps, you can get any form looking like you wanted. The only way it could be better would be with Marc tips like on boarding on the two so you can get used to it easier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it primarily to announce and get applications for jobs. Using and sharing a simple link, we could share our openings and get candidates to apply directly to our database where we could answer them and contact the ones we were interest about.

TypeForm is a software that allows you to create, design and submit fun, easy to answer questionnaires. Unlike other platforms that only make gray forms
What do you dislike about the product?
It has happened to me that some of the forms that I create can be quite complex and, on occasions, the platform slows down as a result of failed attempts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TypeForm has helped me a lot to collect information through different questionnaires. Also, I love that it can be integrated with other software on the market.
Nice interface and integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is beautiful, very aesthetic and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with most CRMs is pretty basic, so most of the results obtained couldn't be passed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used in email campaigns to interact with potential customers, make them fill out surveys, forms and simulate interviews. It integrated easily with Hubspot so we could get all the info from each lead into the deal.
Do your metrics in a simple way!
What do you like best about the product?
typeform helped me create useful surveys. Now I can do my metrics using all the information my clients fill in the Typeform and I don't have to look for information in different places.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's no pain point I can see in Typeform at the moment. It's easy to use and it has been working without any problems so far. I have just good things to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Typeform, doing our metrics bases on email surveys was really ward, now we can have all the information in a simple spreadsheet and I don't have to worry about trespassing information.

What do you like best about the product?
High conversion rate from use of the product, pricing, and customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
A large selection of templates, and more video tutorials or interactive resources for users.

Initial customer contact. Streamlining the lead generation process. Collecting information and displaying it a fashion that is easy to show team members.
