Makes a form more interactive and more attractive to answer
What do you dislike about the product?
Tech support is the worst I've ever seen, and I use around 10 different SaaS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engage better with users to have a better rate of completition
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need or consider tach support is important for your needs and you need fast responses, don't use this. It's great to give a different experience to your customers or audience just for fun but the moment that you need to do real business it will fail you

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is amazing and the survey development tools are intuitive and easy to use. The standard response overview they provide to analyze data and responses is super helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not thrilled about the lack of advanced question types and while the surface-level response overview for interpreting results is nice, it does not help you interpret the response data to some of the more non-standard questions such as Ranking questions, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe they continue to add features and question types. They are also very responsive on the customer service side. They have great integrations as well, Google sheets are great for interpreting data quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and create surveys, very intuitive, minimal design, great product overall, helpful templates and suggestions
What do you dislike about the product?
I want more level of customizations sometimes, like including insights and the general management of different type forms is a bit of a hassle
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform is helping us take reviews and feedback easily, so that our main focus is on the results of the form, and no on making lengthy forms and questionnaire

- Extremely versatile and customizable
- Easily connected to a myriad of apps and analytics tools
- Lots of integration options
- Automated insights and one-click report generation

- Can take a while to load
- Needs better localization for other languages

Making surveys and quizzes with Typeform is a treat. Data gathering and analytics have also seen a big improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
We were looking for an easy-to-use tool for a product recommendation system. Since our products have many variables, the form needed the "if.../then..." structure and Typeform has it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no support for Brazilian Portuguese, but it wasn't necessarily a problem, since we can rewrite the words inside the buttons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using the Typeform as a Product Recommendation Tool, with more than ten outputs, and it works well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's versatile and easy to use, this tool has more purposes than it seems.

I love how customizable it is and the integrations available are amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything, which is why I chose it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to ask my clients questions with logic and my brand aesthetic. There are also great integrations to automate data entry.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for capturing leads and professionally asking follow up questions via survey.

What do you like best about the product?
The creative pictures in the background makes it so amazing and unique, I've never seen a survey form like this before. It's so captivating and I love how for every question the pictures are completely related to the subject.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing to dislike, everything worked properly as for the last time I used it. As I have another job, I have less time available. But in my next free time, I would like to use it more for my marketing solo campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, I haven't started using it in full just yet because of time, but I'm sure I'll have great results with it, since it's the only survey form that has these features.
