Best tool to understand my clients and future clients
What do you like best about the product?
The Typeform interface is easy to use and the forms look great on all devices. My client's perception is trust and professionalism.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's an expensive tool. Apart from that, does my inexperience to use the tool count?

Ready to use templates of forms are very helpful for us to make a form for our business needs.

Integration of the forms in our website is really complicated.

Collecting data from the clients are made easy now with Typeform. More over the market researching is also easy with the same.

If you are looking for a powerful tool to create forms and surveys, easy to understand and use... and getting feedback and analysis to make your projects better, Typeform is what you need. All set up in a few minutes

For what we need there's nothing that I dislike, fits perfectly with what we need

A useful tool for collecting questionnaires
What do you like best about the product?
Of Typeform I like the possibility of connecting and exporting the results of the questionnaires with other tools such as slack, google drive, amazon drive, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often the site is slow and it takes a while to load the list of questionnaires created. This problem occurs only with Typeform so I don't think it's my connection problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
typeform helps me to collect the answers of the evaluation questionnaires that I submit at the end of the courses I organize. Before using it, the questionnaires were paper-based.

It is very good tool when we want to create some kind of form or want to do some servay it help a lot . There are other ways for this things but typeform is awesome 😎

I like everything of this. But yes with growing technology it needs to improve more.

It solves manually creation of form for website and servyes that we use to do via mail. It is very helpful

Typeform makes it easy to get feedback on your products and collect information to store in your spreadsheet. It also helps with building email lists and making appointments by connecting to your email software and booking software.

The tool was very useful only 2 challenges/problems, we faced with the product is:-
1. Support was not very good.
2. API integration is not very simple/easy to use.

We were using the Typeform for collecting the data on various events (Training feedback, employee satisfaction, ideas) and the Typeform has a very easy to use UI tool which helped in creating the forms very quickly.
Good for questionnaires, easy to use and to keep truck of survey results

Easy to use and intuitive, can connect with other apps/tools (Airtable, Slack)

Can't customise it (fonts, design, etc) unless you create a theme
