Best tool for creating forms & surveys
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is a great online survey tool for building surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little bit hard to gather feedback and arrive at insights from it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conducting surveys and getting an in-depth analysis of results
Very informative, user friendly and enjoy using this platform

I love how easy it is to use and it is wonderful for the learning tutorials. Also, it is very affordable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really I always feel like everything can improve with the times. But for now Typeform is a great site!

i Love using it for creating quizzes and it is a lot of fun!
Does the job perfectly
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, the functionality and how creative does one get behind the screen when given the right tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all, I just wish if we had the option to embed a google-maps integration where clients could drop a pin on their exact location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting responses from clients was never this easy, and the compliments we get from the design that we were able to create with Typeform is just the cherry on top of the cake.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can't go wrong using Typeform for handling surveys or any online forms
Overall easy to set up and great use experience
What do you like best about the product?
The forms and surveys are super easy to set up, easy to integrate with other software like the most common CRMs and marketing tools, while also being fairly easy to export into tools like Google Sheets as well. Also, really easy to make the surveys and forms look good, the customization is simple yet allows for you to give your own look and feel to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I really dislike about it, could maybe work on more direct integrations with CSM tools but nothing major to improve from my perspective so far. Keep it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The surveys are easy to set up and you can have them up and running on day one. The way it is designed also makes it easier to provide a good user experience so you don't have to worry that much about it.

It is very pretty and professional looking and I like the ease of use with creating different types of questions

I wish there were more support documents like templates/samples for user research

It's much easier to use Typeform for survey creation than a word document from scratch. I use surveys to research users for my company.

Loading time for form pages is pretty fast, User experience is pretty smooth.

Awesome Forms
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform transforms the process of submitting web forms into a fun and engaging experience. And the available integrations make it easy to embed the Typeform experience right on your website, in your app, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Typeform delivers an “It just works.” experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are collecting feedback via quizzes and surveys. We’re seeing higher response rates.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can create and design good looking surveys. I also like the skip logic options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the graphics don't completely show when viewing from mobile view compared to the desktop view.

I am to create surveys for my clients to collect data.
Best flexible survey solution
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform offers a great drag and drop feature for creating surveys which is fast getting used to. Also, there is a huge variety of question types to choose from. As for the case of logic: you can use their tool to guide the survey the way you planned it to go for every possible choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though I quite like Typeform a lot, in my opinion, the free plan is pretty restricted. It all comes down getting one of the paid plans. The logic jumps I prefer for instance will only be available with a paid plan sadly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform quickly became my first choice when creating good-looking surveys within just a few minutes. This tool is highly useful for lead generation or if you intend to gather customer feedback.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommended to at least check out the free plan. It will not take long to get used to the tool and you can have fast results.
