Hands down the best interactive survey tool on the market
What do you like best about the product?
I've been a Typeform user since inception. The ease of use, layout, and theme options along with the extensive knowledge base is outstanding. The team is consistently adding new features and bringing more value to the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
They offered lots of included themes to choose from for the longest time and since the price adjustments, now only provide a handful to the pro plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
feedback from customers and prospects. QR code we use as a a way for customers to view instructions and watch videos from a subscription page that feeds to Mailchimp, gather internal insights and test with beta users.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, integrates with our other platforms, and the logic branches are amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to export the answers how I need them. EX: yes or no sometimes exports as 1 or 0
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Job applications, customer surveys, IT tickets, and much more. It started with out marketing department and now the whole org uses it!

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform has drastically reduced the bulkiness of paperworks in offices. Hence, enabling effective work outputs as well as data efficacy and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Generally, there should always be a mail feedback response to Applicants who uses Typeform in any means of application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides the ease of disseminating a general set of data that requires feedback.

Typeform is simply the best for datasets analytics, online surveys as well as online form building.

Easy to set up. The user experience is so clean

Reporting could be easier. It comes out a little clunky.

Asking for feedback and sign in. Because it's easy and designed well we've seen more people fill it out.

Try it. We pay monthly. It's affordable and worth it. They are always making updates.
Fantastic UX all round
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of set up, simple to use interface, great response rates due to great UX for the end user. The question logic makes it easy to design bespoke/personalised question sets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless you use the tutorial/emails it can be a bit of a 'what do I do' moment but you quickly get the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A really nice designed survey does wonders for your response rates - sounds obvious but something that looks great and has some dynamism means we're getting 89%+ completion rates.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Graphics are easy to use can be colorful. I like the preview feature on both desktop and mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Logic is very difficult to follow and change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting feedback from our users as well as acquainting them with features they may not have known.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use tool, but limitations on where questions or statements are placed. Some obvious questions don't have prototypes e.g. contact information

Interface makes it easy to code surveys and check logic via the diagram! Backend interface has received various improvements over the last year making it easier and faster to create surveys!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a solution for matrix-type questions are these are not supported.
