Typeform to receive feedback from my clients

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has easy-to-use templates, it's very intuitive, and that makes it easy because I spend little time creating a survey.
What do you dislike about the product?
I consider that the logics are a bit complicated to use, it is difficult for me to understand them and that is why I decide not to use them, but I would like to use them to have a more complete survey
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to measure my clients' knowledge before and after the trainings they receive from me. as well as to know their degree of satisfaction with the service received. It is creative, easy to use and allows you to customize them in the design using my brand image.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend creating folders to organize the content, it is very practical to have it that way.

Clean Design, Simple To Use

What do you like best about the product?
Big fan of the simple yet clean design (looks more professional than a Google Form). I love that you can set up surveys to start within an email (big help for an email marketer), and I like how the data is presented.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I don't like. Haven't run into any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer surveys. Employee surveys. Fun, engagement focused quizzes that we distribute via site and email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend. Especially over Google Forms.

Typeform is one of my favorite tools to use as a Marketing professional. Their surveys are so sleek, modern, and fun for the user to complete. They're also fun to create! We always get a very high completion rate from our users.

Helpful Way to Gather information

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is a sleek, easy way to collect information. I like the user-friendly design which is very intuitive and I feel like it makes the form easier to fill out. There is nothing more exhausting than struggling through a form that requires you to endlessly click "next" and having no idea if there are 10 or 100 questions. Typeform makes it painless to quickly create a form to send it out even faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly do not dislike any aspect. I feel that the product is very intuitive, colorful with icons that guide you through the questionnaire.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed people to fill out a form that was quick and easy and didn't leave room for errors. So many times people will fill out strange information that is not relevant to the question. Typeform allowed me to attach a form to my site with no issues and collect the information in a way that was easy to organize and put to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a nice, easy form. The price is a little high (for a small business) if you don't need a lot of the features but well worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
The way the product looks and feels in the hands of users. When a guest receives a Typeform link, the UI/UX is so much better than a traditional survey.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are two drawbacks:

1. The new pricing model is heavily built on the number of responses you receive per month. Our business is not about the quantity of responses, rather the quality of them. To get that quality, you need a great interface, no Typeform branding, and other features that are not in a more expensive tier than when I joined.

2. Their are serious limitations on the accessibility front. For some of our clients that require compliance in this area, the product is a non-starter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Typeform both internally and externally. Internally, we use it to track key variables on our products. Externally, we use it for lead registration at events and new clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is extremely easy to use, design and share. It is the best software for conducting surveys and registrations on a large scale with the help of a premium account. Also, one has many available options for layout and adding logic making it perfect for professional use.

Typeform requires a premium account for accessing many features like adding logic, links, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform has several form layouts and options for adding logic to the form, making it perfect for professional use, especially for surveys and registrations. It is easy to use and has beautiful layouts depending on the need of the form.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Typeform is an excellent web application for conducting surveys and registrations. I will highly recommend it as it has various useful features, add-ons, layouts, and many more things which are required while making a form for professional use.

Great software for surveys!

What do you like best about the product?
Super user-friendly and has capabilities for almost every question type you could want to ask.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we wish was different is that it would be great if Typeform could capture data before the respondent hits submit. If the respondent gets 50% through the survey then exits, you cannot see any of those answers. It does show where respondents are dropping off, but it would be helpful to show any data captured before they exit too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Typeform, we're able to ask all types of surveys to our customers. We've explored Research, feedback, development, and even order intake surveys on Typeform.

Feel ripped off

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is nice, but I have nothing else nice to say about this garbage product
What do you dislike about the product?
I spent hours building a survey, only to find out that the free version only allows 10 submissions. 10 free submissions. Three of them were my own for testing.

I can't believe I spent my time and effort to create a survey only to find out after the fact that only 10 submissions are allowed.

Worst experience in the last 2 months for a product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving nothing because typeform is garbage and only allows me 10 submissions

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use and the logic behind it. There is also a great community behind it that is there to help answer questions you may have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found much that I don't like about it! Still waiting to find that

We are creating an interactive survey for our customers to use while they are in our store. We hope that it will keep them more engaged for a longer time in our stores.

I don't find any cons in Typeform. It suffices our requirements perfectly

We use Typeform at multiple places within our marketing team like inbound guest post requests or contributions for our blog and the features work very well for us
