Great Product - Steep Price

What do you like best about the product?
Its the best when it comes to survey tools - Really has so many features to customize your forms and is extremely user-friendly for whoever is filling it out, which in the end is the goal of any form. The more people who fill it out the better!
What do you dislike about the product?
Steep price - also they have good logic tools but its a little clunky and difficult to set up the logic jumps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting feedback from large groups of people. Benefits as stated before is that I have a higher completion rate with typeform than other tools because its so dang user friendly for the one filling it out.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its just pricey for a single tool! Typeform doesn't do more than forms. So forms should be pretty crucial to your buisness/work to justify the price.

TYPEFORM WOULD NOT ADMIT THEY WERE WRONG

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the flow and the usage while it lasted.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a Canadian Realtor running a decently sophiscated quiz. That being said, all was good until renewal time. At renewal, I tried to change my payment structure from annual to monthly. The system had no ability to make this change. I was hesitant to update my CC information knowing that my CC would likely be charged the annual upon submission. I therefore emailed the support desk and expressed my concerns. I was told that they would intervene to stop the annual charge and manually override it. Well, that didn't happen. I had the annual charge show up on my CC of which I asked for them to immediately reverse. They did so and also billed me for the month. The problem is that with the currency conversion - USD to CDN, I was shorted approximately $40 CDN as a result of currency conversion. I escalated this issue again with the Typeform team. I don't really care about the money but out of principal, this is a major fault. I told them to inform their development team of the issues and to simply refund me the amount owed. They insisted that it was my bank that was to blame. I agreed that the conversion is the problem but the inability to change my payment cycle to monthly was the culprit. After multiple bickering emails, I now resort to this. Be aware, they do not admit when they are wrong!

Best online form system I've used

What do you like best about the product?
There are many different functionalities that this platform allows you to create. The logic is far greater than Google forms and the styling is much better too. It proved really useful for an internal campaign we ran last year, which was a quiz, with some really intelligent logic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version is rather limited, but still performs well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do quizzes a lot and the logic that Typeform allows you to include, saved so much time in manually processing answers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The paid account is far greater than the free one and allows you to do so much more! Definitely worth it!

Good features (and it looks pretty!)

What do you like best about the product?
I like the templates available to users, since that got me going the right direction with the survey I wanted to put out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Um, I wish the pricing tiers were a bit lower for the options with logic jumps. As it is I will have to only use the monthly option and only as a one-off when I need to gather information and don't want to waste my reviewers' time by navigating through questions they aren't required to answer, when I can let them indicate they're through so they can jump directly to the end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finding out what readers are looking for and what their needs are for their libraries. This has helped me set up things that are efficient for the reviewer and that I can see the results easily.

Novel but sometimes impractical

What do you like best about the product?
It is a beautifully designed product that freshens up the often dry lead gen form experience. It is relatively easy to apply your own branding and can produce a pretty dynamic experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of its novelty lies in users typing out their responses, which can make survey results more qualitative than quantitative. It also wasn't as simple to integrate with Hubspot and sync questions and answers to Hubspot properties as I would have liked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used it for lead augmentation surveys and quizzes as a part of nurturing sequences, as well as for fun brand awareness quizzes for social media.

Simple, modern forms and surveys

What do you like best about the product?
A lot of quiz/form/survey programs have- until Typeform- been stuck in an aesthetic that looks like it came from the 90s. A beautiful website would have a good thing going until they embedded a form. Immediately the look and simplicity were derailed by the ugly, old structure. Typeform has solved this issue by bringing us beautiful, simple forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if the integration abilities are as up-to-par as we need them to be. But this has yet to be seen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I mentioned before, previous form and survey programs had a negative impact of the overall feel of our website. We are very excited to integrate Typeform, though we are just at the beginning.

Easy way to produce and execute all polls and dimensions

What do you like best about the product?
As a result, I became more explicit about my customers' thoughts and understanding. When it comes to tool effectiveness, this one is top of the line. Customers have described their anticipated outcomes, which gives me information on the most while also letting me know how much improvement I can add to the product to meet their requirements. Besides that, it is very user-friendly and has easy-to-use applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
For it to be helpful, it to speak about surveys, it needs some features, and it must focus on respondents rather than on the facilities and media that it can provide. It's not a complete solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using this method, I may quickly produce one-on-one surveys, which results in higher audience impact. I'll aim for this one. It has all of the necessary accessories and impresses me greatly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If a company is developing a new product, this is particularly useful for them. For additional helpful material, be sure to track down other sources as well. The evaluation score shows who sees your website and how well they have responded to your inquiry.

Easy to work with but still very powerful

What do you like best about the product?
The editor you use to set the surveys up is really intuitive and easy to work with. Additionally, the organic feel when as someone responding to a survey feels very smooth and organic, way better than that old traditional "form"-experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that much I dislike, really. The only thing I'd highlight is that the user experience when Typeform broke onto the scene was something absolutely fresh and eye-popping. I do feel they haven't necessarily kept pushing that envelope in terms of the user experience. I'd love to see that being something they kept innovating and building on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize Typeform in a variety of ways, everything from customer surveys to internal quizzes and check-ins from our employees. We have used it to more easily gain greater understanding of how our customers are utilizing our product to creating engagement from our team internally on questions ranging from strategy to how to decorate our offices and more.

Effective and powerful tool for bringing you closer to your audience

What do you like best about the product?
It provides numerous templates which helps me to design various forms with various features. These templates are equipped by short phrases that help me to easily get started. It is a cloud based application which provides easy configuration, distribution and analytics within a suite, so that I do not have to merge various tool but I use this platform as one main solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks a few basic features such as live chat, polls and many other due to which it is not suitable for large setups. However most of the time it is found to be very useful and helpful to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall I would say it is absolutely a great tool. It is very easy to drag and drop the interface and to build the customized surveys as well. Further I can introduce the pictures in my form too and it also provides me alerts and push notifications which enable me to get latest information. Its dash board is very influential and this tool provides effective reporting too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a product that will help you a lot in gathering information about particular topics. This is appropriately developed and designed tool for those organizations that are looking for something unique for launching a product.
