One of the best apps I manage to grow my mailing list and to know better my audience.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and very visual friendly and easy to start
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. There is nothing I dislike. Maybe logical jumps get messy sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Get 1 to one with my audience and been able to make a lot of assessments to leads
Typeform is easy to use and my clients love the forms. I highly recommend it to everyone!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the clients that have used one of my Typeforms have always mentioned how easy and effortless the process of both booking a session and paying for a session was for them through the platform.

I can't think of anything I don't like about Typeform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to generate more leads thanks to Typeform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For those considering Typeform, I'd say to give it a shot. I don't regret joining the platform at all. I've definitely seen a difference between when I wasn't using Typeform to now. It makes the booking process so incredibly easy for my clients. They love that, and that is really important to me.
Best-in-class form and survey platform
What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly easy to use, both from the perspective of someone creating a form/survey and the end-user. Forms and surveys always look very professional—a much better option than Google Forms or any similar product I've tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say there's anything I dislike; certainly, there are features that I would like—such as mutually-exclusive and "all of the above" answer types—but overall I'm very happy with the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for all internal feedback surveys and CSAT—their email & Google Sheets integrations are incredibly useful and have allowed me to streamline workflows and improve the quality of internal and external reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There's no reason not to try out the free tier to see whether it fits your needs.
Great and light survey
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way that the results are shown, looks a bit more professional than competitors, I like the fact that it looks embedded into websites and feels a bit more than organic and brings more consistency. it is integrated with google docs as well
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact thta the matrix type of questions isn't really intuitive as others and doesn't really give u a lot of features on free version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used for a survey and liked because it is really light and easy
A good bet for developing online surveys that you would find
What do you like best about the product?
Basically, this process offers us all the benefit of ensuring a variety of configurations. We will design models for school, function as corporate transactions, market contacts, customer relations and career requirements with prototypes already in position for these goals and objectives. A individual can get all different types of skills and equipment to make fun evaluations and end up sharing them with the audience he 's dealing with. The survey result can be reviewed under no space and adjustments can even be made to the errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Typeform poses issues and causes problems as we build a particular form using this program. It's a great resource, but very no paperwork, so we can't handle our activities so operate the survey deployment in a brilliant way. And doesn't have clever connections to a particular collaborative app framework as all the various functionality can be overwhelming and novice people couldn't navigate the interface more quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a market developer and have a lot of valuable clients, and being effective and sticking with tight timelines should be of absolute significance to him, through integrating Typeform into my framework, I have been able to demonstrate a substantial improvement in efficiency in the projects on which I operate, giving me a range of tools for the development of electronic forms that provide me complete production assistance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you are trying to find a way to save hours by challenging the rule generation directly, Typeform is really the software for you. Typeform has rescued me hours and hours by easy computation. If you are a local business Typeform is a perfect way for you both to save time, resources and allow the most effective cycle of offers a centralized imaginable.
Perfect for Recruitment Feedback
What do you like best about the product?
Logic function! File upload function, customizable email notification function. I like how easy it is to use, and just how much it makes life easier in general.
What do you dislike about the product?
No revision history (when I reuse a typeform, and only need to change a date, unless I take notes, I won't be able to see the information I previously entered) , no duplicate check (I need my data to be unique each time, but people can submit as many times as they want), people can't update their previous answers. The web app is also a bit buggy when I use Japanese to type, and the cursor jumps all over the place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking feedback from hundreds of people is quite difficult if all of your participants don't fall into the same category. Typeform's logic function allows me to bypass this problem and a
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just do it! It takes less than 5 minutes to create one, so you'd lose nothing when you try.
Typeform is evil.
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform forms can look very good if you put a lot of effort into them. I spent a lot of time making training and race questionnaires look very nice for my middle school running team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Typeform screwed users like me, a middle-school coach, roughly a year ago when they drastically reduced the functions in the free plan. I spent a lot of time creating questionnaires and post-race surveys for my runners. I found and inserted multiple pictures to make the questionnaires interesting. Then Typeform sprung new limits on the number of forms, and the number of questions per form.
I could no longer use the forms I had spent hours creating. All together I had put days into learning Typeform, setting it up and creating the forms.
All that effort was destroyed by their greed.
They were very weaselly in the way they did it, too. They sent out the notice in a "do not reply" email with no contact info. Cowards.
This is the most egregious example of extorting existing customers I know of. I hate Typeform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can't use Typeform anymore. The limits they suddenly imposed on users destroyed all my work.
Typeform made surveys enjoyable ! And is still a very good product.
What do you like best about the product?
- There were already other apps when Typeform started but they improved a lot the user experience on my opinion
- Fast interactions / intuitive handling
- Many features available with the free version like styling options ... and if you have more needs you know you pay for a good products.
- Typeform offers many integrations with plenty of other apps

What do you dislike about the product?
I won't complain, really, as I am using the free version, I have no reason to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get feedbacks from my clients when missions are over.
I designed quick and simple surveys I ask them to fill.
I designed quick and simple surveys I ask them to fill.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good product for sure. Others apps may be good certainly but I have had no reason to switch so far
Easy to administrate surveys to employees
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is versatile, so that you can ask questions in different types of formats. You can customize by adding your company logo. You can also download reports in Excel with the responses for further analysis. The platform is also very user-friendly. We've been able to procure confidential information from employees through surveys which yield better results than requesting information personally via email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downsides for the product so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to quickly capture and make data into information. We are able to capture feedback anonymously from employees when required.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just like any new software, it takes time to get used to. Once employees start using it, then it works seamlessly.
Easy to use, professional forms
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to create new forms, and the UX for our customers filling out the forms is so smooth – refreshing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Design options are a bit limited, but otherwise I have nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When launching a new product, my company does a small trial to understand how the product will work for different people and use-cases. We used TypeForm to collect this information from our customers. When we switched from a different form tool, we actually saw submissions increase – so it was probably easier for our customers to fill out the TypeForm survey.
