Effortless Survey Creation, Great Data Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I like Typeform's ease of use. It's pretty easy to make surveys with lots of choices. Even if someone doesn't complete the survey, you can still get data halfway through by using little checkpoints. It's not hard to get started at all, and I really appreciate that it integrates with other platforms like Slack and Google Suite. Also, the simplicity of setting it up and inviting people to get started is great. The platform is very customizable, and there's lots of great data available.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of just things that you need to do to customize it to make it look good. If you don't start to pull in your logo and things like that, it looks really generic. And when it looks really generic like that, it makes the company just not look as professional and then polished. So there is just, like, a lot of time that we need to spend on customizations in order to make it look really polished before it goes into the hands of external clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform solves our feedback loop by making it easy to collect feedback with a single link. All data is centralized and exportable for seamless analysis.
Great UI and Customization, but Overall Experience Falls Short
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform has an excellent user interface and makes it easy to create beautiful forms quickly. The design options and customization features are top-notch, and the form completion experience for respondents is smooth and engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Typeform required us to remove a field from our form without adequate explanation or flexibility in their policies. This rigid requirement forced us to compromise our data collection needs. Their restrictive field policies and lack of customer consideration ultimately led us to discontinue using their service and seek alternative solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform was helping us streamline customer feedback collection and create engaging surveys. However, the platform's rigid imposed limitations on field customization made it impossible to gather all the data we needed, ultimately forcing us to migrate to a more flexible solution.

I find Typeform very intuitive to use, and it doesn't require any previous experience, which saves me time as I can just jump into it and start working immediately.

Some integrations can feel hard to work with.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Typeform's interactive, one-question-at-a-time design and smart conditional logic, which makes collecting complex client info smooth, error-free, and engaging. Its conditional logic, customizable design, and integrations with tools like Google Sheets and Slack help us capture project requirements and client feedback efficiently, streamlining our software development workflow. The seamless integration with our workflow tools keeps everything organized and efficient. The initial setup was really straightforward, allowing our team to create branded forms quickly, set up conditional logic, and connect integrations without any technical headaches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Typeform can get expensive as we scale up forms, and handling very large datasets or advanced reporting isn't as smooth. We'd love more flexibility in exporting complex responses and better bulk data tools. Handling very large datasets and generating advanced reports can be tricky. I use Typeform to build interactive client intake forms and surveys, capturing requirements and feedback efficiently with dynamic forms and integrations, reducing errors, and keeping workflows efficient.

Easy to use from a responder point of view. I like the way the next question flows from the first one. Very easy to integrate with Google sheets.

It doesn't have an analysis tool but is easy to solve by using Google sheets.

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform’s logic engine enables you to create highly complex pathways while keeping the experience straightforward for the user. For example, a single answer can let you skip over ten unrelated questions. In the 2025 version, the Visual Logic Map helps creators easily visualize the entire network of paths, so they don’t get lost navigating through a long list of rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Basic Native Reports: Although the summary charts are visually appealing, they do not offer the level of detail required for in-depth research, such as cross-tabulation or more advanced filtering options.

Typeform offers the ability to use full-screen video backgrounds, create custom themes, and design high-fidelity layouts that integrate smoothly into a website.
Effortless Form Building with Powerful Customization
What do you like best about the product?
Its fantastic, very easy to use - simple form builders with complex answer selections.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way you view the answers to the forms is a bit tricky, it tries to fit lots of information into one page and its hard to export this properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use type form to get key information from our clients, which is so much easier than sending a word document - and it looks a million times better!
Great Software, too expensive
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how simple it is to use and how straightforward it is to create forms with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price seems a bit high to me, and I also dislike that there is no phone support available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform has made it simple for my customers to complete forms, and they are consistently impressed by how visually appealing the forms are.
