Buttery smooth surveys
What do you like best about the product?
I can whip up a beautiful, easy-to-use form in 5 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to send participants a copy of their answers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform helps me get meaningful feedback and testimonials from my clients. It creates a smoother, more fun process for my clients (vs. using text-heavy emails) which means I get more valuable input from them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Unless you need a copy of the answers emailed to the participant, I'm confident Typeform will make you happier and more productive than your current solution.
Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
We use this as a virtual suggestion box for our staff. I appreciate that staff can provide input anonymously and you can tailor the questions to suit your needs as an organization. Also, I appreciate that emails are sent with the information that was inputted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Based on our current usage, there are no points of concern or dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize it as a virtual suggestion box for our team. Our staff members are more confident in providing suggestions and feedback as they can do so annonymously.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out using the free service as a starting point, if you enjoy it then I would recommend seeing what else Typeform could do for you/your organization.
I like the fact as a beginner user of Typeform, it provides you with basic understanding.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple functions and GREAT logic. They give you all the options you need to create flawless forms
What do you dislike about the product?
The free option has some serious limitations - like you can only have 3 forms, and you can’t have an email notification sent to the person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better than Google Forms to see results/summaries and get an email of the entire form when someone fills it out.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you’re looking for a form submission software that is simple to use with beautiful design and flawless implementation, typeform is it! You’ll pay a little bit more than anticipated if you need some of the higher level features, but the results are worth it.
Super simple and easy to gather info
What do you like best about the product?
I love how clean the layout is. The forms aren't flashy, so they're perfect if you need info but don't have time to spend on design. The form looks great on-screen and is easy to share.
What do you dislike about the product?
The forms move quickly since you can navigate using your keyboard. I'd recommend making *required questions abundant in case people accidentally hit enter a few times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great resource and I enjoy sharing forms this way! It's a nice break from Google Forms.

Make questions required, use an intro, leave an option for "other thoughts"
Great Tool because it's powerful and easy ! But it would need some additional design features.

It's easy and quick to set up. The marketing features are great and we mainly use it to get leads.

The design features are too simple and all the forms look more or less the same at the end.

When you need a quick and easy form to set up on your website or to send via e-mail, no question asked, we use typeform. You can esaily connect it to your e-mail provider and build your automation marketing sequence.
Typeform is an amazing form/survey builder with amazing user experience and attractive interface.

The user experience makes it easy to create forms and the user interface is very attractive for people to fill.

It can get complex sometimes especially when adding questions and putting multiple/optional options

I use Typeform to create forms, I used it a lot last year and it helps with giving a professional feel to your forms and questionnaire.

It's very convenient and easy to use to conduct surveys.

Sometimes, depending on the type of surveys we conduct, these can be a bit time consuming to set up.
