Great Product to engage leads and customers
What do you like best about the product?
easy to use, flexible, and effective. We use typeform for numerous interactions with our customers and leads that give us better customer service
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there was capability to have more complex options based on conditions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We replaced our automated communications with customers with typeform. It has allowed us to personalize our communications to all our segments with one form. Rather then maintaining multiple versions.

Very easy to configure surveys. Flexible question types and conditional jumps are easy to setup
Typeform templates are a time saver. Topic-wise survey templates are beneficial, provide ideas on topics which one is not very familiar with. The online form builder is very to configure and deploy. Email integration and notifications are useful.

What do you dislike about the product?
The multi-entry option is not available for adding links and uploading images type of questions. This would have been super useful instead of prompting one question each for every entry. This can reduce the friction by a great extent

One of the good survey tools available in the market. Try out with the their trial version and free templates. If your employees find it easy to use and fill then you can send it to your customers

What do you like best about the product?
The development of research is an easy task to execute, as this program has the ability to customize the content to meet the needs of the product or company, providing a new, attractive, and fun appearance so that no easy-to-use work is necessary. Because it is a web-based program, it removes the need to upload an executable and deal with download process failures, making it much more accessible to any client with a browser and internet connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is not one of the best, they do not offer the right solutions, and it gives the impression that some of their agents do not know what they are talking about, so my experience with them was not satisfactory at all. The free version of the app has significant limitations in its features, an expected behavior, of course, but with some functions that if they are available for free in other similar software, a little flexibility in this one could offer greater usability for users who are unable to opt for a paid plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a content creator and have a series of important clients, so being efficient and meeting strict deadlines is of utmost importance to me. By incorporating Typeform into my toolkit, I have been able to demonstrate a substantial increase in the performance of the projects I work on, offering me a variety of features for creating online forms that fully help me design.

Thanks to its varied features, the user can find all the options they feel they can build the content they want and fully meet the needs of their company. They will be responsible for lifting the past burden of creating templates because they have a rich list of different categories that eliminates the need to start from scratch, making the customization and development process a simple task.

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform far exceeds expectations and flexibility of what and how one can ask questions. Best of all its free to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the the conditional logic is not available on the free account.

Surveying our customer base for new ideas, problems, usage context and validation of ideas.

Very easy interface to get you going and to publish your first survey. Results are in a prominent place and easy to access and download.

The design of surveys is an easy task to perform since this software has the ability to customize the content to suit brand or business requirements, providing a modern, attractive and entertaining appearance so that no activity is done tedious for any user. Since it is a web-based application eliminates the fact that having to download an executable and deal with drops from the download process, this makes it much more accessible to any user who has a browser and Internet connection.

I am a content creator and has a number of important customers so being efficient and complying with strict deadlines is something of total importance to me, by incorporating Typeform into my toolkit I was able to show a substantial increase in Performance in the projects in which I work, offers me with a variety of features for the creation of online forms which give me total assistance to design quickly thanks to its templates and edition options.

Thanks to its varied features the user will find all the options that he/she thinks to be able to create the content that he wants and fully fits the needs of his business, he will be in charge of lifting the past weight of creating templates since he has a rich list in different categories eliminating the need to start from scratch making the customization and creation process a simple task of achieving without the use of unnecessary clicks or extra steps in its operation, after having said all this, I recommend trying this app as you won't regret it.

What do you like best about the product?
The look and feel of the surveys. My company has a casual tone, so Typeform permits us to maintain our conversational flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still have an outstanding issue from 3 weeks ago that I'm waiting on a response. Customers receive an error message when trying to submit their surveys. This creates a terrible user experience since my business is 100% survey-based. For the price increase I'd expect more. Never had issues beforehand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The conversational flow to make survey requirements less painful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
None at the moment. I just wish if I tell you I'm having issues and my customers are having issues, you attempting to duplicate the issue and it's not happening to you doesn't mean it's not an issue - especially when I've sent 13 screenshots from myself and different customers in the US and Canada.
Good tool, always updated with new technologies
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is the tool we use (in addition to our owned tools) to track consumers' insights and create landing pages for lead generation.
It takes time to deeply understand all the functions as it is very flexible and adaptable to different purposes, but it's worth, as it is really useful and innovative.

Type form is great for those looking to automate
What do you like best about the product?
One of my favourite things about using typeform is the ability to have questions and leads automatically integrate into Google Sheets and our CRM software (Zoho). It makes it so easy to have incoming leads automatically record into your CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't really have any dislikes about typeform. Maybe make their layout more user friendly? It already is though so there isn't much to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform has enabled us to automatically question incoming leads. It has saved us countless hours of discussions with leads that may have not been beneficial to what we were seeking. Filtering them through a set of automated questions has also made our lead details in our CRM extremely high quality.

If you are looking for a way to save time by automatically questioning incoming leads then Typeform is the program for you. Typeform has saved me countless hours through simple to use automation. If you are a small business Typeform is a great way for you to save time, money and to make the most efficient process for incoming leads possible.
Easy to use survey creator!
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is has a very clean interface. To me, it’s up to date and looks cool to use. Love the features it has to offer. Easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently (within the last 6 months) they changed some things on their program, which took me a little bit to get used to. Still very easy to use, I was just used to the previous website style.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a great and easy way to get feedback from customers. It’s not like a typical survey, it’s visually appealing.
