A great tool for creating quizzes and data collection forms
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Typeform to create quizzes for our online courses for customers and it's been a great asset to use. The inclusion of images, links and logic paths make it a step up to other form tools which are more plain and simple in appearance. Having the customization options really makes our forms more professional looking and more engaging for people we want to fill them out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The option to customize how questions and images work with each other seems a little bare, giving you a few simple options for alignment. This may be possible so it's scalable and works well for mobile but it feels a bit lack luster at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are tracking customer knowledge data by having gamified forms that operate as quizzes in our online courses. It has been really helpful for us to learn more about where our customers have issues in the learning process which is a wonderful thing to know.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Typeform offers the most unique and beautiful forms out there with a wonderful logic system for moving users through different questions and a wonderful integration of images, media and videos.
Modern survey creation
What do you like best about the product?
Modern templates, easy to put surveys together, great interface, visually pleasant surveys and analytics.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really, but if I have to be a bit picky, the free version doesn't really offer much. Sometimes the marketing budget for surveys isn't the biggest, so we always try to use free tools. Really glad that Typeform has a great free version, but certain question types are not included which makes it a bit inconvenient because we would have to change the question type - not the best but understand that it is a freemium service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Surveymonkey is rather traditional and old-school. The templates on there aren't great and the analytics aren't as visual. Typeform's branding is more modern, so are their services. Making a survey on Typeform can take simply 10 minutes but it would take an hour on Suveymonkey. It's the little things, Typeform is very user friendly.
Intuitive interface and integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform makes it incredibly easy to build and iterate on surveys. Once a survey is built, it's easy to drop and drop questions into a different order, build in logic to skip questions based on response provided, and modify question types.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the options somewhat limited for stack ranking question responses. Ex: rank the following 5 options from 1 to 5 in order of importance. Would love to see more options for the user to be able to drop and drop responses, while ensuring that each response is given different weighting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform provides an intuitive interface for the administrator and an enjoyable and professional experience for the survey responder. I've found that especially with longer forms, Typeform provides an experience to the user that is more entertaining and keeps them engaged to the end of the form.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take it for a drive first using a survey or form you already use to be sure it fits your needs.
An online form solution with basically all the tools we need
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform has many great web form templates for vastly different uses from lead generation to student quizzes. We can customize the forms a great deal and it isn't hard to make common adjustments. The questions aren't listed in a static and boring fashion. The lines of questioning can change depending on the input of the respondents. It's a very smart and flexible quiz generation platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had a mostly solid experience using Typeform, but compared to some other similar solutions in the same space, Typeform is more on the expensive side. I've even seen many solutions that are free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform lets us create dynamic web forms very quickly with their professional templates and editing capabilities. We can send out questionnaires, surveys and other web forms quickly to our leads and other contacts. Rather than mailing paper forms, calling people or sending emails, we can streamline the entire data gathering and organization process by using Typeform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you explore some of the templates that Typeform has to offer, you may find that there are uses for web forms, both to your customers and within your company, that could make your collaborations and data generation run more efficiently.
Very easy
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use. The letters are also very big making it easy to read. It seems like a more modern design . Overall I think its='s a very good system

I don't like that they say at the end that my information was sent perfectly. I don't think that is very professional. I would change that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy way to close claims on my end.
Pretty but still fairly basic with limited customization options
What do you like best about the product?
It's sleek and simple while staying visually pleasing. Forms are easily created and answers submitted, including being able to download reports for each form.
What do you dislike about the product?
The autosave feature can lag and become a time suck. I also do not like how each question is essentially 1 page, regardless of how long or short the question is. Visual customization with regards to each question is pretty basic - add a picture, video or maybe italicize or bold some text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting information in a pretty and straightforward way. Typeform reports are also useful when looking at overall responses and pulling out insights.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While Typeform can get the job done with simple surveys and forms, it lacks customization options that allow it to be the go-to form builder. Simplicity is key, but not at the expense of functionality. Would be great to see additional customization options regarding how questions are displayed.
Great product for gaining feedback
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is easy to use both as the person building the Typeform and for the person taking it. It allows for many question formats that result in the most detailed responses based on the inquiry. I haven't found another platform that does it better than Typeform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about the product, it is easily one of the best ways to gain feedback that I have used. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a platform to gain feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform collect feedback in a seamless way. It is easy to ask any questions in any format which allows for the most accurate answers. I have used it for everything from collecting resumes, to gaining feedback (both written and rated) and finding the best availability for a large group.

I would 100% recommend Typeform to anyone looking for a platform to seamlessly gain feedback from lots of people.

Restrictions in complex survey needs, like for example when I want to split a score (i.e. 100) among the answers.
