Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of Typeform and how it can be used across different platforms. I also like how easy it is for people to fill out the form.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think more features are needed. I would love to have the ability to calculate scores based on categories. The calculator is not sophisticated enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We collect surveys results from Typeform. We use it for our schools and our districts. It is a great tool to collect data and have a great way to display it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Typeform is a great tool to use for collecting data. It is very intuitive and easy to follow. IT is also great on mobile devices as questions progress one at a time. It is important to learn a few tricks by reading some of the articles in their help and support page.

What do you like best about the product?
it's a very streamlined and simple experience, but still has sophisticated survey capabilities on the admin side.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UX can be a bit limiting. I would like for us to sometimes display the whole survey at once, but that's not how Typeform is set up - you go question by question

We're automating getting some information for our partners, and we do our post-purchase survey on typeform (we are an e-commerce company)

Integrate it with Slack! This is a huge help for us

What do you like best about the product?
Without a doubt, what I like most about Typeform is the graphical interface that forms have once they are finished. There is nothing like the ease of use for the end user.
Also the logical jumps, which make the forms much more dynamic. Another good thing about Typeform is that the whole process of creating a form and customizing it completely to your liking is very simple. In addition, web integrations are very quick to manage.

What do you dislike about the product?
Irremediably, what I don't like are the big limitations of the free version with respect to the premium version. I believe that the logical jumps is the holy grail of the Typeforms and the premium price is high to justify this expense.
Another of the things I don't like about Typeform is the limitations in terms of the number of questions that can be asked in the free version. I think they are few for any medium / advanced use. Finally, there is something that I do not like, and that is that the customization is good but sometimes it falls a little short.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that I have been able to solve with Typeform are those related to giving my potential clients a quick solution to contact me, without writing boring data. Nor do they see a boring form with the fields name, email, message ...
I have also been able to create a quick form so that the potential clients of my website can send files or screenshots in a simple and transparent way.

I would recommend assessing if they really need to use the premium version if they are medium / advanced users, as the free version has many limitations.
Best solution for conversion rate
What do you like best about the product?
The platform interface is the best, It really invites the user to fill it out. It is very easy to use eventhough I still miss the old version. The flow maps are very helpful to understand and design better solutions and visualize the whole journey of the visitor.
I would say that typeform has helped me a lot with the spanish speaker markets with great response rate
I would only add more metrics like really knowing in what questions the users have abandoned the survey and geo information like from where they are.

Only a few things that can´t be changed like the setting a certain currency on default

I would give it the chance you might be surprised by the conversion rates you will get.

I would like to integrate typeforms in more tools.

Easy To Use Form Creator
What do you like best about the product?
I like its presentation feature which focuses single question at a time making a user easy to complete the form without getting annoyed or confused.
What do you dislike about the product?
With its free plan, the questions and responses are limited to 10 and 100 respectively which I dislike about the application.

Typeform enabled us to design user-friendly contact and survey forms for collecting better responses from our customers and followers.

If you don't have an idea to build a form from scratch, you can simply choose varieties of readymade temeplates from Typeform.

The design options Typeform offers and its functionalities. The Support team is also very helpful.

Sometimes logic jumps are hard to polish.
