Typeform is great!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the interactivity you can program into the form. The way that you can tailor questions based on responses and personalize is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using Typeform and having the emails go into Salesforce sometimes we lose some photos. We work around it but there should be a fix for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Typeform for internal quizzes, career application, and service/warranty requests.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that so many departments in our company are using the paid version of this software. Typeform helps with Brand consistency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The odd bug - however generally gets resolved soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quantifiable data. One of our recruitment forms is currently capturing large data across many cities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to read the instructions, advice, tips, templates. Once you manage to know the basics - creativity will start kicking in. You have so many options to incorporate high res images and videos. So many options to get more insight from the users answer choice. Logic jumps are my favourite as a non coding person the understanding of the logic jumps brings out creative, quirky responses/statements.

Great survey form overall, but one thing in particular could prevent frustration

What do you like best about the product?
Like the fact that the form looks so professional and is versatile for being able to ask a variety of questions and customize the feel
What do you dislike about the product?
So, I recently made a critical error that I feel could have been prevented with better alert on Typeform end. I just recently joined my organization and had only used Typeform twice before. I went to modify a form that needed unique branding different from our branding for a client. I went in to the design customization but did not see the message until it was too late "Editing these options will affect the other 175 forms that use this template" - and yes there are that many. It updated across the board and I wasn't sure the easiest way to change it back without having to re-do the form I had already spent the time re-branding. That message just did not stick out to me - it blended with the other settings. And doesn't make sense that editing the design on one form would impact all that were using the same template. Maybe to make 'universal' changes you could require users to make a new theme from the one they are using to prevent this? I tried to re-name the theme I needed different but nothing was easy after that mistake. And one of our other clients sent in the form with the custom branding so the mistake happened too fast and there was not even an option to quickly un-do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to offer unique forms to a variety of customers and take the data from it and further segment it in our CRM.

Best Survey & Engagement Tool

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Typeform is the custom UI Build which keeps the end audience engaged. The customization options including color themes, branding, elements etc enables good engagement of the audience. Also custom messages, driving payments, reporting or a thank you note in the end with redirecting helps. Overall, its a great tool which I would recommend to someone who wants to run it at scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design platform has changed and can be made user friendly. Multiple user dropdown also helps.
Attachment sizes can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Driving survey adoption and user feedback on mobile platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
We like the payment systems, the flexibility, the design options.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have real trouble integrating our typeforms in a way that works well for mobile phones. Often they simply don't even load. This is MASSIVE for us, and, we imagine, for everyone else out there. Every time we struggle with this we debate changing to a different company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Its versatility to collect data of different departments of the business such as in sales and marketing and also its good conversability with the respondents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support is not that good otherwise it is a nice product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To make different survey questions on different sectors of our company so as to improve on the general business operations and productivity.

Great tool for those looking to generate a large number of response data and those also planning to have surveys in different sectors of their business for improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
Once you learn the system, it's bulletproof. The reporting functionality rocks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to organize the listing of quizzes alphabetically or by date. And I would like to be able to put the graphic for each question at the top of each page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You changed the way links to quizzes are accessed and displayed and didn't alert me.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how beautiful and mobile-responsive my surveys are with Typeform - we get feedback from customers a lot that our surveys are good-looking and a joy to fill out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Typeform's Logic Jump feature is a bit obtuse to use, could improve the UI there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Typeform to create feedback surveys for customers and employees - it's allowed us to learn and adjust our operations quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to try out Typeform's easy embed feature directly into your webpages.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the customizations available in Typeform, we were using it to create in depth surveys and it worked well for our needs!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes building out branches of a question would be tedious.

We needed a quick and easy way to customize surveys for our customers, Typeform is the answer.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Typeform is to create surveys and analyze data. Their drag and drop survey creation makes it easy to customize your survey and their analysis page is easy to read in a few different ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the Pro features were a little cheaper or could be purchased a la carte.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I definitely think that it has streamlined our surveying process. Everything is now in one easy to read place and the folders help to keep it all together. I think that it's also inspired us to look at all of the ways that we can use the system as well.

Do it! It's easy to try out and customize your surveys, both from the back end and from what your users see when taking them.
