Easy to use survey tool with great design campaibilities
What do you like best about the product?
Its design capabilities which help make the research looks interesting
It doesn't compromise on any utility features
Better survey completion rate - every time i use typeform vs other survey tools i get better fill rate from this one

What do you dislike about the product?
Not anything that i dislike particularly, it tends to become slow and buggy at times,.this could be looked into and fixed. Besides that, there is nothing much that can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for market research, customer NPS collection, uninstall survey feedback etc. We also use it for analyzing the responses and it's own data analytics for the quantitative results is pretty powerful

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is flexible and powerful, and its drag-and-drop functionality makes it easy to onboard staff here at our organization! We love the quick customer service when we have issues, and my team loves the informal, minimalist design of the forms themselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
We'd love to see more of the third-party integrations be done in-house with the program. We use automate.io to integrate with Office365, and about a dozen other integrations that can be time-consuming to configure every time we create a new form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Typeform for nearly every type of customer interaction we do online – surveys, event registrations, ticket sales, e-commerce, market research, staff polls, and so much more!

What do you like best about the product?
Typerform offers me distinction and personality to our surveys, which we like a lot, we have the flexibility to handle it through our mobile devices as well as in the different computers of the company.
This platform has been updated in another version, improving in an extraordinary way, surpassing our expectations, since we considered that the first version was enough, now they surprise us with a re-powered software, extremely easy and fast with much more advanced features. Is very good.

What do you dislike about the product?
Certainly Typeform has provided the opportunity to the company, to create the best surveys of all our business activity, but I have something that I would like to improve is that it was open the option of uploading the audiovisual element you want, since it is now limited to one by type, I understand that what they want is to provide a simple compression format for the client, but I would like to have this facility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No doubt this platform is very skillful, low cost compared to the great results it generates the company, since not only create surveys, but generates analysis, reports, as well as, integrates with many other applications, thereby allowing a ease of sharing and working integrally.
Its interface is different, unique and with the quality that as a company we have required, it has been of influence and necessary for the increase of our sales, receptivity in the market, improvement of marketing and has allowed us to position ourselves as a company that provide a good service and generates quality products.

Get The Best Interaction With Customers
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing using Typeform is getting the best of your interactions with customers and clients. The peculiar thing with it is the affordability. Typeform remain one of the cheapest of all survey channels. The informations gotten from customers has made us perfomed better at what we do. Typeform works in simple forms, everything is vasic with it, there are no difficult parts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Typeform is serving us quite alright. At least we don't have any lamentation right now

Good information is necessary for us to get our business working fine. We do garner information and feedback from customers and then use them to improve performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is one of the best form creators on the market. The options are varied and the conversational format breaks the norms of the classic contact form.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some missing condition options. For example, when we would like a single field to be hidden if a specific type of response is chosen, without duplicating or disrupting the entire form in every way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to make our long forms on our website less boring.

What do you like best about the product?
I used Typeform as a registration platform for a camp we had and it worked flawlessly. The way it connected to Google Sheets was so useful for me. Previously, I had to copy and paste all the responses from another website. All of our campers were able to register easily and no one had any problems figuring out the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I disliked about Typeform. The only suggestion I would make would be to allow for an automatic finish after the last question instead of having to create another slide that says submit.

I needed a software that connected with Google Sheets and was intuitive for our campers to sign up. We are solving the problem of organization.

Typeform is the perfect alternative for solutions to create surveys and customized forms.
Nice look and feel, easy to use with freemium model. Is able to be used by different departments inside of a company and offers the possibility to process payments through the forms (is already integrated with stripe).

Some problems of interactivity using a +PRO plan, could be confused to manage several users.

Creating forms to test simple ideas that save us dev time.
Easy surveys
What do you like best about the product?
Drag n drop the elements to create a great survey. You have all the basic tools to create the most needed, and simple examinations of your targeted audience. Any answer can be directly imported into a Google Spreadsheet and then shared with the team. Google Analytics integration is very helpfull.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want some more advanced statistical methods, you need to find another tool. I was looking for MaxDiff analysis and couldn't do in Typeform.

Trying to solve some customer satisfaction and to figure out how are they using our product. Some basic voting for A or B variant, or some deeper answers like their habits.
