Very Informative and Straight to the Point

What do you like best about the product?
The detail simplicity of explaing process with screenshot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speaker looks like she is lip syncing and it is distracting. Quality of information is good but the speaking quality can be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is giving knowledge to our distributors and saving our employees time on explaining the same information to multiple people.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize to meet the business needs, responsiveness from their teams. the tool is well rounded and sets a high bar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some initial delays in communication and responsiveness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Platform with multiple features that provide the flexibility to customize our partner experience from the point of onboarding through marketing branding.

What do you like best about the product?
We leverage the Amplifinity platform owned by Impartner. Amplifinity significantly improved our advocate experience by giving them ability to easily submit referrals, track them within their account, and get paid. We also have an incredible technical support resource at Amplifinity, Kent, who has been instrumental during our time leveraging the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is not as customizable as I would like. To make significant improvements, a technical resource would be needed which limits what we can do on our own. It would also be beneficial to have more email nurtures, educational content, etc. for advocates to ensure they're activating their account, completing their bank/tax info, and making the most out of the tools at their disposal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplifinity (Impartner) allows our advocates to submit, track, and get paid for customer referrals.

Tough to Implement (Good Support) - Product Works Well

What do you like best about the product?
The salesforce sync makes it really easy to approve and accept deal registration. It's easy to put content on the portal for partners to view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation was confusing for me. But support was always available to us for peace of mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We not have a way that resellers can register leads and opportunities. The problem it solves is that no 2 resellers will ever try and sell the same solution therefore reducing friction

Easy to learn. Easy to use. Easy to administer.

The documentation has never been great. Video training is ok but not always enough.

Providing a convenient platform for all forms of interaction with partners.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly the platform is. Its very easy to create custom tools that provide a unique experience for your Channel Partners
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they can improve the dashboard functionality. It would be great if it was more intuitive when you click too and from a different deal. It would also be nice if it was as simple as editing deals like how clickup and pipedrive allow you to without having to always click into each deal specifically. Something like editing the content in a excel format would help me be more productive and edit multiple deals quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me manage multiple channel partners under one roof. This allows me to stay on top of everyones unique deals.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that we can spin up integrations, features and functionality as we need them and we don't have to use the solution as an all-or-nothing tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides about the solution itself. We would benefit from a full-time resource to help us get the maximum benefit from the solution, but that's an internal staffing issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a one-stop shop for our partners to log in and consume information about our messaging, product releases, pricing, order forms, etc. It helps drive partner engagement and self-service support to have Impartner as our singular location for partner information.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the pipeline management feature with external partners
What do you dislike about the product?
It took quite a bit of ramp up/onboarding time for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team had no way of tracking opportunities with external channel partners. This has allowed us more visibility into pipeline and helps set realistic revenue expectations.
