Cannot recommend
What do you like best about the product?
It seemed it checked all the boxes at first.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service and troubleshooting is terrible. We wanted a service to make our lives easier and not built something of our own, but the resources the implementation and addressing errors from our side were much bigger than if we created the solution ourselves.
The customer service is a disaster. We wanted to talk about the experience we had and terminating the cooperation because the integration was prolonged and still Impartner was influencing our HubSpot pipelines it should not even touch. Due to the amount of errors and incorrect changes it was making again and again in HubSpot we had to turn off the integration 5 months ago and since that time we are failing to part ways with this provider.

It was supposed to help us track the deals we are working on together with our partners.

What do you like best about the product?
I am very new but have experienced 4 online trainings. It has been a great experience and the system seems to be very intuitive and setup seems very object oriented.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing.... the training has been the experience thus far.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup, intuitive UI, great Salesforce integration and professional services

It has a learning curve, but makes sense once you get it down

Gives us a platform to manage partner relationships and the deals that the bring us through the channel
Easy platform for the users adoption
What do you like best about the product?
The practice from Partner Users view is safe and flexible to custom the view by the segmentation. It's easy to set up from end to end, and love their implementation support.
What do you dislike about the product?
"Auto Save" is availbe for some configuration pages but not all of them. I would prefer with "Save" button to ensure I did actually do the configuration.

Partner can register the deal directly and communicate with our partner team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the category tagging functionality. I also like the dashboard that provides analystics into usage and other helpful metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels outdated. Trying to work with the API is challenging. It's just not intuitive and mostly requires custom coding if you want to get anything done outside of the box they provide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner provides a space for us to share content with our channel team. It has been beneficial for our partners to enable them in the same way that we do internal sellers.
Plug and Play PRM
What do you like best about the product?
Impartner is useful in that it has a template to follow for newer partner programs getting established. It comes with easy to use customizations that can be actioned by admin users. I like that support is quite responsive as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Impartner struggles to handle some of the more custom partner requests. Developing hours are costly and our page looked a bit outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner helped us solve the initial partner onboarding journey and management.
It's fine, not great. Just fine.

At this point, I know how to use basic functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really hard to use. Different aspects are always breaking down and require expensive support. A lot of the functionality just doesn't make sense and can be greatly improved from a UX/UI perspective.

Connecting with our partners in a centralized place.

We love using Impartner to manage our channel success. The information is kept in one place and so easy to manage.

The cost is high, but the value of the platform makes it more than worth it.

Keeping all of the information in one place.
Difficult Experience on Impartner
What do you like best about the product?
It generates newsletters for me for the days and times I need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is not intuitive and don't feel like I always have the best support. The system seems a bit dated and does not have features that I think are necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me solve the design and creation of newsletters. I need 4-5 generated monthly.
