A cool tool with lots of features
What do you like best about the product?
Once you have studied the tutorials and lessons, it is very intuitive and easy to create a portal for your partners. I also like the fact that we can have multiple phases with functionality roll out to our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would wish we had more options to align the look and feel to our company standards.

What do you like best about the product?
The functionality in Impartner matches what we need to elevate our Partner Program. The functionality is simple, yet effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found the CMS builder to be challenging, the interface in the backend is also not the most intuitive or user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a single platform to drive our partner strategy through. We now have ample metrics to measure engagement and performance. We hope to have more clarity on Channel Partner pipeline. Partners can access sales and marketing resources all in one place (And it's easy for us to update and manage).

I like it's ease of use / anything is possible / but well thought out and structured.

Helps us deal with partners and their opportunities in a more automated manner. Cuts down on admin, and see massive potential with journey builders

What do you like best about the product?
Working with Shad and Benjamin saved our implementation with Impartner. We initially implemented the Impartner PRM without sufficient consideration of our desired use cases and what goals we were aiming to accomplish.
After Shad (success) took over management of our account, he quickly understood our actual end goals, mashalled the resources on the Impartner side to support a rebuild of our PRM instance, and worked closely with us to meet our goals.

What do you dislike about the product?
Our intitial implementation (handled by a 3rd parter implementation partner) left a lot to be desired, and we didn't realize the full value of the PRM initially as a result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables our partners to refer new propsective customers our way, and to submit, manage, and execute on reseller agreements from within the PRM.
Product works well for what you need but has room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is always responsive and helpful. The tool itself is pretty easy to navigate and since I use it daily, I appreciate that it isn't overly complex.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still gaps in what the product offers and it's ability to be dynamic & allow for better customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner is allowing us to manage our partner ecosystem as well as host our partner portal in one place. This allows a more seamless user experience.
Smooth implementation of Impartner connected to Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and control over different aspects of the Impartner PRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to change certain key words like deal & opportunity on certain pages/forms/buttons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing the operation lead-to-cash flow, automating onboarding and creating journeys to improve partner enablement.
Best Follow Up and Suggestions
What do you like best about the product?
The rep we are currently working with Prue James follows up after every meeting with review and plan of action after every call. She is delightful and efficient. We have the best check-ins that are so productive!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no dislikes that I can think of at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us in seeing engagement, track what the journey of a potential internal/external customer to close and recognize short coming for improvement. You get the most bang for your bucks! And that is only for what we are utilizing. There's so much more.
Not as good as it could be
What do you like best about the product?
Not easy to use. Account management is terrible. Support is good though, fast and reliable.

Not all features are available. Expensive add on modules.

One central location for marketing assets and sales dashboard.

Flexible forms to easily customize and edit as the business needs change.

Lacking in on-going core PRM product enhancements.

Powerful, heavily customizable, and a full PRM solution

Very clean integration with CRM leaving much less administration work

With tools so powerful, complexity is expected. Some support documentation is out of date and some features require in person calls to set up fully.

Working deals in tandem with Partners and having our CRM always fully up to date without duplicative work
