Once implemented, the tools are easy to use by portal users
What do you like best about the product?
We have worked with a number of great and helpful individuals at Impartner whether it be our Customer Success Manager, someone helping us implement a new functionality or helping us with one already in place, etc.
The tools / functionalities we have in place are enjoyed by our users, who have also said they are easy to use than other portals.

What do you dislike about the product?
A number of functionalities we learn about seem like they are out-of-the-box and ready to go, when in fact they need quite a bit of custom work in order to work in our instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deal registration module - more effective process than our previous instance
MDF module - streamlines our process, makes it easier for partners to submit their MDF requests/claims

Handy Partner Portal
What do you like best about the product?
Impartner's new CRM Sync feature allows easy matching of fields between itself and a CRM instance. For a partner portal, ease of connection between the portal and the CRM is vital, and to allow users to connect the two databases in an easy way is a testament to the usefulness of the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with anything that is robust, the learning curve for Impartner PRM is steep. The customizability of the software is immense, but that makes understanding all of its intricacies that much harder to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner is Druva's main point of partner contact for all partner types. It is the linchpin for our channel business, passing through deal registrations and allowing us to manage the many partners we have.
Good PRM with a lot of potential!
What do you like best about the product?
I found that the admin tools / CMS editor features were a little confusing but our project manager Eva was excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have all the forms and workflows under 1 section so you don't have to go back and forth between CMS and settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're hoping that Impartner PRM will help us better support our partners by providing them with more enablement material, analytics, and overall better experience.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of uploading assets. It's a lot more streamlined and efficient than our previous solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The catalog and collections gets a little confusing sometimes. The success portal had the resources to gain a better understanding so that's appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped us align a channel sales team that is in hyper growth mode with a tool that will help them serve and support their partners better.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration into Salesforce, so that can be our source of truth. Also, working with the implementation team was a dream.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything. I wouldn't change anything.

Impartner is handling deal registration with us, plus our asset library and general contact info.

What do you like best about the product?
An excellent platform for all my partners, especially link co-branding content and the marketing journey sections.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs LinkedIn integration on the news feed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Partner communication, marketing assets, deal reg, and resources can be tracked for reporting purposes. Overall it helps us market with/through/to the partners.
Great Response time and Info from Impartner
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of uploading our marketing assets. All of our partners can self-serve and download right from the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little difficult locating the appropriate training module based on a specific topic. Takes a little practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management when it comes to the self-service of marketing assets that can be downloaded directly. Also, partner can request a deal registration that syncs up with our CRM.
Although my time with the program has been limited, the product is very intuitive.

Good tool, but performance issues
What do you like best about the product?
The team, they are very responsive and eager to help out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The performance, for all custoemr s that are outside the US, the lag is causing frustration on our partners side.

Hand over of leads at the moment is the main function.

I like the User Interface & User Experience. It is easy to navigate through all the options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would recommend adding more options to customize the pages for the customers on their own. For example, drag & drop options on the home page.

I believe it has already built an excellent platform for our partners to come and gain knowledge for whatever we upload. Helps in managing & handling the data.
