A great portal to animate our partners network with accurate information and business transparency

What do you dislike about the product?
Once we have specific dvpt on features, this is an issue to be available to move to the PX Studio and or new release products

What do you like best about the product?
All of the workflows that can be created to provide our Partners with a great experience. Also, the customer support that I've received from our CSM has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionalities are not super intuitive, so it does take some guidance from their support team to achieve what I'm looking for in some cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner allows us to share content with our Partners, capture deals from our Partners, and share deal details with them.

Our partner ecosystem is enormous, Impartner PRM helps us engage, educate and support partners at scale with tremendous analytics and reporting capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
The front end of the solution. It allows partners to have a complete picture of their business with us in 1 place.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still very email based and not all workflows allow to send emails the way we want it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It centralizes all information for our partners in 1 place. Partners don't need to send us emails or wait for responses anymore about statusses of projects, contracts etc.

We are using a taylor made version that doesn't allow us to use a lot of features without extra billing

Simplifies something that could otherwise be quite complicated.
The Implementation Manager on this project helped simplify and get this project over the finish line. We are going live this week, and they continue to partner and provide feedback to make this a successful launch for our team.

What do you dislike about the product?
System error messages aren't always clear - support can decipher what they mean, but it would be great to have cleaner messaging so we can troubleshoot outside of reaching out to support.

What do you like best about the product?
Our excellent relationship with the Impartner Support Team. Reed Fruehan, Customer Success Manager, is awesome! He's always responisive, has great problem solving skills and if he can't figure it out he directs me to someone who can. The ticketing support team is great! Many thanks to Hannah, Jared, and Chad!! Daan, Emile, Eric have been supportive helping us setup and promote TCMA and Google!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see some predefined web page templates that you can brand and quickly put up in case you don't have web design support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PX was easy to setup and I can now manage our forms and pipeline dashboard. Custom objects allows us to quickly setup new processes and forms in a month.
Mediocre experience with Impartner but working with Shad Clark has been really great so far

I'm not a huge fan actually because we don't control our own destiny and most changes have to go thru them.

the difficulty in upgrading, the fact that we need them to do significant changes and it often costs more $, also we had a horrible CSM before they finally assigned us to work with Shad Clark and so far he is great.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to set up Impartner for your needs. The segmentation on region /partner type etc. is great. Co-Branding of files really brings efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system makes sure, you have fille din everything and correctly, so to set up a Partner Journey for example involves a lot of klicks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy segmentation of partners and great reporting. Salesforce offers similar functionality, but with higher resource requirements.
Great platform and great team
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use from a Partner perspective. The ability to automate some workflows and syncing to our CRM. The helpful Customer Portal for support and training. And how helpful our team was in onboarding and customer success management, like Reed Fruehan. I took over this project midway and our Rep and CSM were very helpful in getting me up to speed easily and quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as intuitive as some applications so there was a bit of a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner is helping us to streamline our deal registration process and enhancing our Partner relationships with a platform for our Partners to use to find Cyberhaven related information, product updates/assets and a place they can manage their deal registrations with us.
