Impartner as a stand-alone PRM

What do you like best about the product?
We are just at the tail end of implementation but I enjoy how easy it is to control/administer and design. It's giving our company a tool to administer, train, account for MDF funds and communicate with our partners that we did not have before. From sales to implementation the entire Impartner team has been helpful and a great resource as we navigate implementation with our xompany who is headquartered in Europe and we are using the PRM in the US.
What do you dislike about the product?
In our current phase of implementation,we don't see a down side or facet we like least.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner is giving us a platform to train and certify distributors and have an easy to use system for marketing funds distribution and accounting.

What do you like best about the product?
They designed the portal to look just like our site, and did so during the demo stage long before we executed the agreement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the training material did not match the version of PX Studio that we were working with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asset management and deal registration. Gives us a more professional and organized look to our partners.

What do you like best about the product?
They understood my vision and sense of urgency. Gave me tools to self serve but also held my hand when I needed it.

We had some slight technical glitches but nothing substantial.

What do you like best about the product?
The staff is very helpful, it can do a lot, I am still learning everything it can do
What do you dislike about the product?
The emails and website items can be difficult to navigate editing (not easy email or website to edit) also because there is so much to look through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updating my email auto gen headers, due to brand refresh. Delete and archive content. Training on website.

What do you like best about the product?
The people at Impartner make this product more effective and valuable to our partners. They have excellent personalized training and account managers that remain engaged and help with the adoption of the product. The product's integration with Salesforce makes it a powerful tool without storing data in multiple places. The recently updated Certification portal is an excellent example of innovation and updates from Impartner.
What do you dislike about the product?
While innovation isn't dead at Impartner, the CMS tool seems dated. This doesn't prevent the creation of beautiful and effective pages; it just sometimes requires HTML experience to get the desired outcomes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner PRM enables our organization to effectively manage partners, training, deals and content for partners to leverage for training, sales and consulting enagements.

What do you like best about the product?
If you’re looking to make a real difference in your team or division, start with an Impartner module that’ll have the biggest impact on your business. Once you've nailed that, you can easily branch out to build a more complete partner ecosystem.
Impartner enables you to digitize manual processes and set up automated workflows that you can manage independently. Additionally, partners can access and update their own company and profile information, keeping the system up to date.
Impartner offers stellar customer service, supported by an efficient and responsive ticketing system that ensures issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
What do you dislike about the product?
While setting up workflows in Impartner is straightforward, managing and organizing them can be a bit limited. Currently, the main way to keep things organized is by using keywords in workflow names, which works but could be enhanced with options for grouping and custom columns for better filtering.

For ongoing improvements, especially with updates to partner programs, it’s helpful to have a Sales Operations team member who’s comfortable configuring both your CRM and Impartner. This can make adjustments smoother and ensure the system stays aligned with program needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner PRM solves several key challenges by fully digitizing partner onboarding, including automating follow-ups and creating SSO credentials with privilege management, all synced with Salesforce. This streamlines onboarding and ensures data accuracy.

The self-service CPQ feature simplifies deal registration, allowing partners to track and manage sales opportunities that automatically sync to Salesforce and notify account owners, improving visibility and response times.

The Partner Locator highlights each partner’s experience and training with specific products or services, making it easier for customers to find qualified partners and promoting accountability among partners.

With the MDF module, partners can independently apply for marketing development funds, giving them more control over their marketing initiatives.

Finally, partners can create co-branded templates within the Asset Library, supporting brand consistency while empowering partners with flexible marketing materials.

Great Start to Onboarding Our Partners

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and support has been phenomenal! We are ready to ramp up our partners and look forward to a successful launch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial programming of the flow is hard to comprehend. With the help of Jessica S, we were able to visually adapt to the portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding of partners, as well as deal registrations and content for our partners.

What do you like best about the product?
The out of the box capabilities checked off almost all our boxes during the technical review for a PRM solution. Additionally, Impartner makes it easy for all team members to make edits and changes without having to do any custom code.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few limitations when it comes to user interfaces and some "nice to have's" that are in the product pipeline but have not yet gone into development/production.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scaling our program to help better manage our partner ecosystem globally. Managing pipeline and having it integrated into our CRM (SFDC) will make the team more efficient and help us continue to optimize our business strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer Success partner was most excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit challenging to configure some forms and understand exactly how they work. The configuration is split between two different portals.

Help partners submit deal registrations.

What do you like best about the product?
Now that we have implemented the sync its been a game changer when signing up new partners. We are also learning new ways to bring more efficiency to our portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you cannot click into where the errors in the sync are to get to the record. That the user record and the applicant record are on two different tabs. That you cannot run a report based on the last user who was active in an account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its hosting our entire partner portal, segmenting what users can and cannot view. Our marketing team is currently doing a revamp and site update so i am excited to see the look and feel after that happens!
