Extremely Positive Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the integration with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about the solution
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps automate a ton of tasks that are time consuming and hard to track, Impartner makes it easy

What do you like best about the product?
Allows customization and the ability to "build your own". Continually improving the product and adding new features and options. They have a great team and excellent support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are troubleshooting issues here and there, so it somewhat interrupts the daily work within the system. Also, some processes could be better automated to save some manual labor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system serves the company as a management solution for our channels and partners; We use the system in a way that allows us to be more efficient in our partner management, and we can scale up that way.

The configuration is easy to set-up and follow via training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training and set-up documents are generic and not specific to client's Use Case or scenarios.

Managing Partner Accounts and Deals
A PRM that can house anything!
What do you like best about the product?
As a new employee to my company and to Impartner, I find the PRM very user friendly. Despite how many layers of information it holds! The support from our CSM also helps. Our CSM April is always there to help guide us through any questions we might have while using the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
None observed so far. Again I'm a new user to Imartner PRM so of course things are confusing to me but because of the great support I receive, I have no dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of partners and promotions can be a handful. But with Impartner PRM, we can easily track which partners are able to see which promotions on the page.
Responsive, great service, knowledgeable resources, great products!
What do you like best about the product?
Our CSM, April Capas, and SME Paul DeKrey have been fantastic! They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I feel incredibly supported by that team. We'd be lost without them!

A couple of features aren't applicable to our org because we use a different CRM, but overall everything is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner PRM helps us streamline key processes for our partner portal, including deal registration, partner applications, and distributing program and product updates. It ensures partners have easy access to marketing assets and collateral, reducing manual tasks and enhancing efficiency. By centralizing these functions, it improves communication, accelerates partner engagement, and supports a seamless, flexible experience as our program evolves.

What do you like best about the product?
Impartner’s Partner Portal offers extensive capabilities that empower our Partners to learn, register and track deals, and easily access trainings and assets all in one place. In addition, the support team has also been responsive and effective in resolving tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process for initiating a project hasn’t always been as seamless as we’d like, though it has shown improvement over time. It’s been a while since our last project, so I don’t recall specific areas for enhancement. I can say, however, that during our last engagement, Eva and Daria were excellent to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Partners have one place to view trainings, deals that have been registered, and they are able to submit new deals, request funds, and access materials to help them partner with us.

If you are not familiar with HTML, editing pages can be difficult and you are limited to certain structures and functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
Impartner really enables you to get the most out of your Salesforce by providing our Partners a confortable portal for reviewing and submitting potential costumers.

What do you dislike about the product?
Thus far I've only had good experiences using the whole Impartner Portal and services, and the contact with the customer success manager has also been exceptional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to enable our Partners to add potential deals to the table, for us to review and proceed to contact them. Impartner is now that bridge that brings together our Partners and our Sales teams.
Great dashboard and account reps.
What do you like best about the product?
Had a great account rep, Jared Martin. Was able to turn a tight request on a deadline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Had a few account reps over the past year, but we finally got a good one that is responsive and on his game!

Impartner is helping us with our referral program.
