Flexible Customization with Excellent Salesforce Integration

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the visual aspect of Impartner PRM, which is very clean, organized, and offers a sleek platform. I also love the Salesforce integration; it has really strong integration capabilities that can connect with loads of different custom objects and lookups, creating a really flexible tool. The Salesforce integration is probably the most valuable part of any product that I'd be looking to implement. With Impartner PRM, it's extremely flexible and customizable, allowing me to delve into the depth of different custom and standard objects. This makes it extremely easy and flexible for me to set up as an admin and gives me a lot of space to play around with how I want to display information to partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are some small things on the administrator side, such as creating new fields or trying to add in pick list options or when saving sorts of things, there are some small bugs across the platform that make the usability just a little bit slow. Nothing major, but there's just some general hygiene across the platform that I wish could be fixed. I also think maybe when it comes to partner tiering, not being able to have multiple tiers for one partner level creates a bit of a restriction in how you show information, but other than that, not too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner PRM customizes our partner network management, scaling complex reporting and sharing information to provide a forward-thinking experience.

Effortless to Use with Great Asset Library and Project Monitoring

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use, the asset library, and the project monitoring feature
What do you dislike about the product?
I receive a lot of 404 errors with Impartner for some reason. This can be frustrating at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner allows me and my team to proactively monitor projects to ensure their health. We can also review customer feedback and take action early on in the implementation cycle.

Disappointing Setup & Support Despite Cost Savings

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Impartner PRM has allowed me to save money by using it as a substitute for granting additional Salesforce licenses to my partners. This feature not only offers a cost-effective solution but also simplifies the management of partner deals and registrations. The ease of deal registration stands out as I do not need to manually insert lead records, which effectively streamlines operations and reduces the dependency on Salesforce licenses for my partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
The migration from the classic to the PX version is disastrous. Their service is very slow. When they deleted my data in the Salesforce production environment, I requested an incident report, which they could never provide. After investigating, they said they don't know why the issue occurred. Additionally, they are still not replying to my emails even after ten days. The initial setup was difficult, requiring a lot of time, many calls, and involvement from a specialist due to hard-coded elements.

I use Impartner PRM for partner management and deal registration, saving time and money by avoiding extra Salesforce licenses.

Customizable Integration with Salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to fully customize our integration with Salesforce using Impartner PRM. This customization allows us to do exactly what we need and facilitates seamless data synchronization between the two platforms. The system is set up so our partners can directly log in to their own instance and register deals, which then sync directly into our Salesforce without needing additional data input or admin work. Once set up, the process is fairly easy to manage. These features significantly streamline our operations and enhance our ability to manage partner relationships effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the ability to fully customize things is appreciated, sometimes it comes with a pretty steep learning curve. Figuring out synchronization issues with Salesforce can be challenging. Additionally, the user interface is not as easy to use as expected, which makes building out training modules a bit more challenging. This has probably been the biggest challenge encountered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Impartner PRM to streamline partner relationships by managing deal registrations directly with partners, integrating them into Salesforce, eliminating extra admin work and additional data handling.

Versatile and In-Demand, But Support Struggles to Keep Up

What do you like best about the product?
It is highly versatile and is very much highly in demand within the business because of this--to the point that the support team managing and administering the platform is unable to cope with the number of demand for addition of partner types.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer success management needs improvement. Over the past year, there were two instances where we were initially told that certain features and functionality were possible, only to find out later—after the Impartner technical team became involved—that they were not actually feasible. By that point, we had already communicated their feasibility to our internal stakeholders. As a result, two enhancements did not move forward due to mismanaged expectations and a lack of clear communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's able to centralize several disparate apps for partner management and engagement into one hub.

What do you like best about the product?
Impartner PRM stands out because of its user-friendly interface and robust functionality. I appreciate the wide range of enablement resources around the system. Customer Support has been great in my experience and has integrated well with SFDC.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating through all the different modules can be a bit time-consuming. If a user isn’t familiar with the platform, they might struggle to find exactly what they need or get bogged down in the different layers of the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One-stop-shop for our partners to review information about our solutions; from informative brochures, to recorded webinars. We have yet to take full advantage of our PRM.

Powerful Partner Connectivity, But Steep Learning Curve for New Users

What do you like best about the product?
I like the connectivity it has to other platforms like SFDC, where current pipeline information can be synced back to show your partners how are they performing vs set up goals. Impartner PRM gives you great flexibility on how much you want to interact with your Partners at that level.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a new user I find it not so intuitive to use, usually all the features require training and an expert helping you do important changes into the system. A lot of enablement time has to go into managing the system and when the primary admin leaves it's a whole task on its own to re learn about the settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner PRM allows us to put Partner-related topics all together. sharable documentation in one place, pipeline review, portal metrics to work with Marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Impartner PRM really intuitive and well-designed. It has all the core features I’d expect, both from a vendor perspective and as a user. From the vendor side, it gives me everything I need to manage and support partners effectively, and from the user side, it makes it easy to track performance, access resources, and use tools that drive growth. The platform is straightforward to navigate, and I appreciate that Impartner keeps evolving, especially by embracing new innovations such as AI, which gives me confidence it will continue to support scalable growth and stronger vendor-partner success
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing stands out. I’ve used the platform for years, both as a partner and as a vendor, and it’s the benchmark I measure all other PRMs against. It consistently delivers what I need and sets a high standard for the industry
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner helps address many of the challenges that come with managing a global partner ecosystem. It brings everything together in one place, from onboarding and enablement to communications, deal management, and performance tracking, which saves time and reduces complexity. It has helped us strengthen partner engagement, improve visibility of activity and revenue, and create a more consistent, professional partner experience across regions. The automation and scalability it provides allow us to focus more on growth and less on administration.
