Impartner has a lot of partner-centric features that are useful to any alliances/channel team.

Some of those features are not easily configurable without the help of someone at Impartner

Impartner is our partner system of record. It allows us to have visibility into our partners' sales pipelines
Great Solutions & Kind Staff but Implementation Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best aspects was the staff and personnel. They were very kind and ready to assist with any questions or concerns. They were mostly responsive to calls and emails, and always made an effort to be helpful. Additionally, the company offered a great solution with many components that had the potential to be very beneficial for our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
While we found the staff and personnel of Impartner to be friendly and responsive to our inquiries, we did encounter some challenges with getting things implemented as efficiently as we had hoped. Specifically, we had difficulty maximizing the potential of the solution and often found that we had to upgrade for additional costs in order to fully utilize the features. Coordinating with the relevant team members and getting them involved in projects was at times a challenge and required more effort on our end than we had anticipated. Furthermore, despite being billed for a CRM integration service for several years, we were ultimately unable to fully implement the solution as we had hoped and this resulted in some financial losses for our company. Despite these challenges, we appreciate the efforts of the staff and hope to continue working with them to find a solution that works better for our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outsourcing the expertise of partner management, putting it in the hands of the experts. Again, the system we were working with seemed to require upgrades, but overall the solutions proposed were innovative and complete.

What do you like best about the product?
The support is outstanding. Our team has been a critical piece of our deployment strategy

Would appreciate some out of the box integrations with some of the more popular platforms.

Provides the partner portal, and all associated functionality
Easy to implement and professional looking!
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with SFDC makes it easy to maintain existing processes for accounts, contacts (users) and leads (deal registrations).
What do you dislike about the product?
We have 4 different user accounts for administration. Production, Stage, Development and Customer Success. It would be great to make this one account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables us to accept new applications, deal registrations and share collateral with partners in all time zones globally.
Impartner Review - Great PRM+
What do you like best about the product?
It's highly configurable by the admins, which allows way more functionality than other out-of-the-box platforms. My PMs Eva and Thomas are absolute rockstars, their support is awesome, and the company knows how to put on a great user conference.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides like our own software being flexible and configurable, it has a longer learning curve to understand how it all works.

All in one portal, with great integration possibilities and an extensive API set.
Comprehensive PRM tool - but sometimes clunky
What do you like best about the product?
Impartner has all of the features/functions required in a PRM tool - it supports sales, marketing, training and operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are elements that are "clunky" or the out of the box features just do not make a lot of sense for how SaaS channels operate in today's ecosystem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner is our tool to manage our partner relationships and it is how our partners collaborate with our internal sales and marketing teams.
A great PRM platform + Clint Young is fantastic!!
What do you like best about the product?
As a first-time Impartner admin user, I had some challenges figuring out the platform and whether we were fully taking advantage of all the benefits. I attended ImpartnerCon 2022 and I can't tell you enough how valuable all the sessions were. I left the conference feeling excited to dig into the platform! I also want to give a HUGE KUDOS to Clint Young who dedicated his time with us during the conference. He help us enable module form builder and taught us how to create CMS pages in prep for our portal redesign. We appreciate the entire staff at Impartner and how dedicated they are to their clients. What I like most about Impartner is not just the platform but the people behind it. Whenever I have a question or a need, the team is fully on it and ready to assist me in every way possible. Not to mention, they have loads and loads of training to help you get enabled quickly. Thank you, Impartner team and Clint!

Partner engagement, two-way collaboration, engagement workflows, partner onboarding
Love Impartner
What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to managing our partnerships, we love having everything we need it one spot: from deal registration to marketing assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The editing capabilities for the homepage require coding skills if you want to remove a section vs editing titles/content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's creating a smooth process to submit leads between us and our partners so we don't have to do it manually via email.
Good product, good implementation plan, easy integration with Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Salesforce was relatively straightforward. Dashboard/portal view for the partners is simple yet provides a ton of information in an easy-to-read format.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mapping other environments to sync with Salesforce. When connection a Sandbox environment and configuring everything, there should be a quick way to clone all of those setting directly to Production. Having to map everything multiple times seems redundant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Partners being able to send leads directly to us and to receive leads from us. They can log into their portal and stay up to date on the progress of leads/opportunities from our side.
