Great PRM for our partners
What do you like best about the product?
We've been very impressed with the robust functionality made available through the Impartner PRM. As a team of one, I'm able to manage the PRM easily and efficiently, which is a huge plus for us. Our partners, likewise, have found navigating through the PRM to be intuitive and seamless. Additionally, the support we've gotten from the Impartner team has been top-notch, which was big for us in evaluating PRM options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike based on our experience with Impartner. I would highly recommend leveraging the customer portal trainings to learn some of the nuances of Impartner that might not initially meet the eye to get the most out of the PRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implementing the Impartner PRM has helped strengthen our relationship with key partners. They're able to access on-demand resources that previously were only availble by request. Additionally, the workflows in Impartner have automated several processes that were manual and, at times, inefficient.

our one stop shop for our partners to do business with us (interconnexion of various platform through SSO) > Partner experience is better whatever the job role of the user
Impartner PRM
What do you like best about the product?
From my limited experience with Impartner, it's been able to do a lot of the things we look for. From an admin perspective, it is easy to use and intuitive. CRM sync works as expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because I have not gotten a chance to use CRM a lot, there are many functionalities that I'm not aware of. I have no dislikes at the moment. I look forward to learning more about the platform and all of its capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner provides our Partners with a smooth experience when registering deals and viewing their deals. With Impartner, I can see our relationship with our Partner strengthening.

Comprehensive PRM Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Impartner helps maintain and organize all of our partners, and streamlines processes for my team. Additionally, we have a stellar account team including Scott Jager, Matt Hutchings and Gautam Gudaganatti.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's inconvenient to rely on a third party team if something doesn't go as expected. This is mitigated by having a great customer success manager (Matt Hutchings) who is extremely responsive and knowledgeable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PRM helps automate a lot of the manual and transactional work that would take time away from my team. Additionally, it helps create a comprehensive experience for our partners, where they can have a one-stop shop for all their ordering, training and marketing needs. Our partners love the co-branding capabilities that Rhombus enables for them, and that wouldn't be possible without Impartner.

What do you like best about the product?
People, presence,and professionalism. Their ability to connect the dots and the relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found one yet. But if pressed, I would say the ability to scale quickly enough to address the massive growth in the channel ecosystem.

Access to Microsoft centric engagements while providing a valuable, sticky solution for a select group of our clients.

It is great to have a one stop shop for all of our partners' needs.

Our partners didn't decide to use the platform. Adoption was very difficult seemingly because our company is much smaller than theirs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It will enhance our partner experience with a more professional and more accessible interface and enable a quicker turnaround on deals submitted by our partner.
Robust Partner Software but more customer guidance needed
What do you like best about the product?
Impartner is the first tool we used for partner management - we are on the PX version which is very easily customizable and onboarding was relatively straightforward. The workflows and journeys are easy to build. Compared to competitors, this allowed for our sales reps to stay within the same process in our CRM and easy deal registration through our website and partner portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issues for us have been on the track to implementation - because we were highly recommended to go the PX Route, there was not as much customization and flexibility as we had hoped. However, after attending the conference, we learned there were many best practice ideas that we had not been aware of, so I think it may have just been more guidance needed from our implementation and CS team. Also, we had added News on Demand and 5 months into our contract, we still have not started this process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to begin to automate our partner registrations successfully and create metrics around that for visibility. This also allows our sales reps to handle deals directly within the CRM and create a partner onboarding track.
