PRM to grow with
What do you like best about the product?
Impartner has been able to grow with our channel,
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to do an actual refresh in STAGE without taking days to copy over updated data. Also the inability to clone over items to PROD

Deal Reg, Partner Locator, info for partners to access
Robust, easy to manage
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to sync data over for another source to Impartner through CRMSync. Able to customize and tailor to our program
What do you dislike about the product?
How we can't easily refresh our stage environment and it would be nice to be able to build and test in stage and easily clone it in production without rebuilding

Ability to manage Partners and support them in one platform.
Impartner a tool to enable partner engagement in a great easy way
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful for me is the seamless synch of accounts and deals that can rapidly move thru the CRM as well the ability to create pages with an admin access and not needing a developer or complex processes
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel We are missing to be able to synch more entities not just accounts and contacts, And some development work is not always out of the box and not that easy

Last year we move an asset library that is visible for employees and externam user in the main company website into PRM
we bring the 40K users under one account and they use the digital asset and daily the api create new users and the process is seamless !

Evolving platform, but still feature rich
What do you like best about the product?
Full suite of features to support our channel partner needs. Ability to share opportunities in a dashboard, manage leads, deal registration, and support for integration with external apps and platforms. We've seen improvements to customer support, which has turned around how we feel about the platform and impartner overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Platform updates have occasionally caused some of our custom code to break. Slow page loads, particularly in regions outside the US. Lack of integration between a few modules requires multiple logins for impartner admins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides our partners with the ability to self-service for most of their needs. It's allowed our partner managers to focus more on droning business with the partners and less time on administrative functions.

Need to buy more of a full platform can't buy modules

It's a very intuitive easy to use platform with capabilities to tackle the scope of the ecosystem.

it would be helpful if assets and certification content were single sourced so we could get more accurate tracking.

New, easy UI and functionality. Powerful system for managing your channel ecosystem

If you customize your system, it will become very complicated quickly and make it difficult to leverage all the additional features you add later.

Helps us segment our partners and provide them with needed assets to understand our solutions.

The modules help build out a structured partner system.

I personally have found that the UI isn't as intuitive in interaction as I thought--or at least not as customizable as my team would like it to be

We use impartner as essentially a pipeline for deal/lead registrations for our partnerships. The amount of effort that we did this before manually was significant
