What do you like best about the product?
I like that Impartner offers us the flexibility to run custom lead and opportunity objects. It's also very intuitive for our partners to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to know what features are available in our account, especially if you get signed up for a new product package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner helps us streamline the partner onboarding process and creates a unique experience for all of our partner types. We're able to create bidirectional referral flows that really helps us track the value of each partner in our ecosystem.

The Only PRM To Consider!

What do you like best about the product?
The implementation team, the CSM team, and the executive staff at the Impartner have created an experience to envy. From the first demo to launch they were attentive and invested in our success. If it wasn't for Impartner we would not have been able to double our indirect business in the first 12 month of launching!
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that really needs to improve... ImpartnerCon needs to be more often! The chance to meet the team and my customer peers has been invaluable. I'd easily attend the event twice a year!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a seamless onboarding experience for our partners have been key. This allowed us to standardize our partnership agreements and ensure that every partner had the resources they need for success from day one. Next would be our certification system powered by Impartner. We've had over 1,700 certifications completed by partners in the first 8 months of launching the program! Resulting in a sharp increase in deal registrations from our partner ecosystem.

it is easy to implement and tailor for personalized partner experience

functionality (such as intel reporting) breaks without clear communication so time is spent trying to identify issue with set up when it is a platform wide problem

One stop shop for Partners for communication and transactional requirements. It's not an easy as plug and play. Needs lots of adjustments and need to be creative

What do you like best about the product?
Syncs to Salesforce, allows you to API to many systems, allows you to manage a lot of the partner journey, pretty good post-initial implementation support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it's highly customizable, not always easy to know what is possible and hard to find best practices from other Impartner customers/use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives a one stop shop for partners, News on Demand makes it super easy to customize communications, journeys and workflows allow automation for onboarding and gating information based on partner type.

What do you like best about the product?
PRM is an incredibly powerful tool to streamline both the onboarding and ongoing management of our Channel partners. Automation is key for us, so this is one of the key benefits for sure.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some aspects of the tool which often need to be custom built to fit in with your unique channel program. These features often end up requiring Impartner's help to change in future, but their team are extremely helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I deeply appreciate how Impartner PRM integrates seamlessly with our Salesforce environment. This integration has been flawless, with no issues encountered so far, which significantly enhances our operations. Additionally, I admire the simplicity and ease of setting up Impartner PRM. Even though we've made numerous changes over time, the process remains straightforward and manageable. This level of usability helps us maintain efficiency without unnecessary complications. I find the overall performance of Impartner PRM exceptional as everything works well, contributing to our business's smooth functioning. Furthermore, the ease with which the system supports our loyalty programs over five years stands testament to its reliability and effectiveness. The lack of any need for changes indicates my satisfaction with the product. My high likelihood to recommend it, scoring it a nine out of ten, demonstrates my confidence in its value and functionality sustained over time.

What do you like best about the product?
Complete solution. Great integrations built in. Excellent support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very few. Deciding our strategy with the product was the most time consuming portion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing multiple channel efforts is complex at any size/stage. We tried to use our crm as the main place to register channel opps, impartner helped us streamline everything.

Automated workflow with onboarding processing. Great customer support team with prompt TAT.
What do you dislike about the product?
Paid for services which did not received. No library with formulas to use in Chsnnel Intel. Only one video/training. Limited visualization.
