A solid and engaging platform
What do you like best about the product?
The way that we can engage with Partners across all levels of the partner journey. That we can quickly make new content available to our users and that we can connect the platform to other services we provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
The editabilty of the platform, that it uses an older version of cms editor which means that some functionality that is standard in websites isn't available to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It means that we can have a single source of truth for all content and information for our partners. We can host documentation there without having to hunt around for it.

Impartner supports the partner journey from critical on-boarding through retention and enrichment.

The only thing I dislike is waiting for the innovations they are bringing to the channel ecosystem

What do you like best about the product?
Impartner PRM enables seamless collaboration across our team to identify and implement the most effective strategies for partner support. By consolidating onboarding, training, and partner management into a single, user-friendly platform, it simplifies access to vital information and resources, ensuring we can provide exceptional support to our partners at every stage of their journey.
Additionally, Prue, our Customer Success Manager, has been invaluable in helping us enhance our portal by introducing new products and features that drive partner engagement and success. Her expertise and proactive support have significantly improved our ability to deliver value to our partners.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Impartner PRM offered customer-facing dashboards that would empower our partners to monitor their team's progress in completing required training and journeys. This feature would provide valuable transparency and enhance partner engagement.
Additionally, setting up workflows in Impartner can be quite challenging. We frequently need assistance from our Implementation Specialist, Client Success Manager, or Development teams to create or modify workflows, which can slow down implementation and limit our ability to make quick adjustments.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner became the foundation for building our partner program. Our Implementation Specialist, Eva, was instrumental in getting us started. She guided us through the setup process and helped us define the key elements of our program, ensuring we had a solid foundation from the beginning.
After the launch, our Client Success Manager, Prue, stepped in to help us refine and maintain the portal as our goals and vision for the program evolved. In every touchpoint meeting, Prue reviews our portal and provides thoughtful suggestions for enhancements and training opportunities. Thanks to her ongoing support, we now have a comprehensive partner program that aligns with our objectives and equips our partners with the tools and resources they need to succeed.

What do you like best about the product?
Impartner, the most valuable, flexible, and all-encompassing platform on the market, would be nothing without great employees. Matthew has consistently gone above the call to ensure we're set up for success. We couldn't be happier with the team we work with and the platform overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. I think when you don't fully understand the power of a PRM, you can't compare different options. Like anything else, the more time you put into the planning, implementing, and developing stages, the more you get out of the solution.

As a startup that is constantly looking to provide a scaleable architecture, Impartner provides a flexible platform that offers valuable resources for any size organization.

I think I appreciate the tools ability to mold to what the business need is in the moment and provide the ability to grow and develop.

Newer customer. Not ready to start saying what I don't like need to take more time in the platform

What do you like best about the product?
The customization that Impartner offers is great. I also love working with Shad!! We've had a couple of Customer Success Managers, and Shad is the best by far.

It can definitely be difficult to work in, and it seems that their own devs, support team, and PMs have trouble figuring it out.

Asset management, effective partner touchpoint, opportunity registrations, to-partner marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
Their latest PX platform is mostly configurable thus, avoiding the need to have developers
What do you dislike about the product?
Being one of the early adopters of Impartner, we are using a lot of custom forms that have now been added to the standard capabilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner is our face to the partner community, so it's critical that we provide a one stop shop for our partners (note Impartner doesn't provide all partner capabilities, but allows plugging in other apps)
