Impartner PRM provides my partner ecosystem with access to important onboarding materials and communications.

The configuration pages for Approvals and Workflows are not that intuitive.

Impartner PRM makes the onboarding experience for partners easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Visibility into KPI and partner metrics. It helps you better understand which partners are valuable and where you can spend your time more wisely building out your ecosystem

There are some challenges regarding features and getting the correct ones activated. Also, the ability to integrate with other platforms has been very tricky. Hoping this changes

Allowing us to gain more insights and to be able to better track partner progress. Also, lead tracking and associated goals and targets is a huge plus to build our program

I really love the customer service. This tool has so many awesome capabilities so having someone to guide us through everything has been critical and awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is so complex I feel like it will take me a while before I am able to create things on my own and do it properly

We need to have a better pulse on our connection with our partners who bring us revenue.

Unfortunately I see a lot of other users with features that I'm unsure if we have or I haven't seen in any of the learning material

Centralized location for partner opportunities and partner assets

The customization capabilitie and the growth track.

Implementation has been a little slow, seemingly due to resource shortage on Impartner's end.

Exclusive database to store and manage our partners as our other applications/tools do not accommodate this well.
