Easy to use, great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Impartner's layout is easy to use from a customer standpoint. It is simple and straight forward for me as an admin when setting up workflows to route applications and deals to our internal partner team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some dashboards/reports that we need to set up in Salesforce, as some will require an additional fee (I.e deal registrations).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've primarily been using Impartner PRM for applications and enabling partners to register deals. It makes it easy for us to track pending/accepted applications. The sync to Salesforce CRM has also been easy to set up.
Great experience with a little additional features to be added
What do you like best about the product?
The quick and easy access to all the features of the PRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is room for improvement on the flexibility of the certifications and also the journeys module.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to easily provide different enablement materials for partners and monitor joint business opportunities.
Daily, we're finding new features and ways to engage our partners!
What do you like best about the product?
Feature-rich platform that provides us the flexibility to fully customize our partner experience from the point of onboarding through co-branded marketing and deal registration. Plus, our CSM, Jared Martin, has been extremely accessible, supportive, and invested in our success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the errors we receive in our integration syncs could be more informative to support easier troubleshooting/remediation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They're providing a platform to support our channel/alliance operations. This feature-rich platform is beneficial to us at all stages of our program -- from initial GTM through scaling for accelerated growth.
PRM has been great and appreciate the ease of the tool that meets our business needs.
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a fan of the ability to impersonate users to see exactly what they see which makes assisting our customers that much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Document Library appearance and unable to create a survey within the tool.

A reliable platform for our partners to leverage and self-serve that offers essential information.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a personal touch from our CSM Matthew. He has made it super easy to work with Impartner and automate our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
More resources to help me understand and learn the tool on my own would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped us stay organized and simplify our management tools and tasks. We were losing a lot of time with archaic processes.
Clint Young was amazing - bent over backwards to accomodate our "special requirements"

Flexibility of the platform and customer service

the CMS requires pretty significant HTML knowledge -- better "laymen" capability would be helpful

Every channel program should use Impartner. Great product along with great people!

I've been using this for years, no real downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner is the "base" of our channel program. Channel management, lead management, communications, marketing, support is all covered!
Impartner is awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
We appreciate the lead registration and management piece greatly. It's imperative to our success. For me, as a channel marketer, the co-brandable assets are fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love it if there was an email functionality that was integrated into the Impartner PRM. Especially if there was the ability to send and track emails for our sales agents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of lead registrations and the integration with Salesforce are the top problems solved. Cobranding sales sheets and making content available to our agents is also a top benefit.
Great PRM Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Impartner offers a decent number of options to customize our partners' experience, and our Customer Success Manager has done a fantastic job guiding us through the various functionalities. In addition, many of the settings can be managed internally if you have a dedicated expert within your own company, which makes changes/updates easy to execute and push to production.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some current functionalities don't work intuitively and require additional customization for proper execution. Technical support can be occasionally spotty depending on the level of expertise of the person responding however they never fail to pick up the requests right away and seek clarification when required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a completely "channel first" company requires that our partners have consistent, reliable access to our portal for our business to succeed. Impartner helps bridge the gap between our CRM system and our partner's business.
