Good customer success team
What do you like best about the product?
I regularly work with Matthew Hutchings, as he is our Customer Success Manager. He is always super knowledgeable and helpful.
What I like most about the software is the ability to take MDF requests and easily add all collateral for our partners to gather on a self-serve basis.

What do you dislike about the product?
Most things are not intutive. Workflows do not have many options. Most edits on the PRM require a ticket and extra charge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A place to send partners for enablement materials, and an MDF program.

What do you like best about the product?
The support Matthew and Ben have been providing to our account in the past few months has been nothing but superb. They have provided quick responses and willingness to jump on last-minute calls and training sessions to assist us on how to better utilize the tools we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have with Impartner is the fact that many of the pieces of training are outdated. So it is hard to get into a learning flow when I come across an example that does not match the most current version of Impartner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of our new accounts, users and deals are very important to us. I believe this tool really gives us the insight we need to drive more folks to our portal.
Great Experience - Valuable point of contact
What do you like best about the product?
Kevin walked me through an issue I was having with data synching between platforms. He quickly fixed and showed me how to solve it if that type of issue occurred in the future. We also walked through some reporting that will help me easily identify user types as well as some good ideas for managing user access on an ongoing basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I didn't reach out to Justin sooner. I should have been more proactive in engaging with him earlier in the year when I took over part of the role, managing deal registration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner is helping us manage our partnership channel pipeline and ensuring our leads are getting in front of the correct account owners and ensuring channel conflict doesn't occur.
It has been a great experience! It is easy to navigate and understand.

The layout, it is simple and easy to navigate.

So far, I have not had any issues with it. I am new and still trying to fully get to know Impartner, but it has been a good experience.

It is helping support our partners and also allows us to track activity and increase revenue. Helps simplify work for us.

Sometimes it's challenging to get to the bottom of the issues our integration causes. But the rep is always helpful in resolving problems.

It's providing our Sales Reps a way to communicate with our company in a helpful and collaborative way.
Perfect for day to day business

I like the ease of use. Its very simple and easy to train others on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I dislike how I have to lick an item to get it to respond it may be an internet issue but it feels like it happens from time to time.

Impartner is solving communication between the company and customers.

Using Impartner PRM is extremely easy. It makes for a smooth experience. Definitely recommend.
