What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Impartner is the team. The implementation and project managers are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. They do everything they can to help the end user get through the hurdles and make the portal what you envision for it. We were, like most customers, not just taking everything out of the box, or using the default, and to set things up, it takes planning, time, and work, and the Impartner team is there to walk you through it. I also like that they understand the business process and what you are trying to do, in order to come up with solutions.

The other things I like about Impartner is that it is relatively quick to get things set up. We were live just a few months after we kicked off the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like many software and cloud programs, Impartner is not perfect. The back end does take some time to learn, but the instructional videso are helpful for that. A better integration with Hubspot would be great, as would a more robust out of the box solution for two (2) tier partner models.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to get up and running with a solid partner program in a relatively short period. Some solutions, like expanding the CRM to also be a PRM, would take much longer to develop, and do not consider all of the out of the box and standard functionality that Impartner has. Every roadblock that we have come across, as well as changes on the way, are solved and dealt with professionally by the Impartner team. They helped us with multiple programs, tiers, as well as launching a 2-tier model very quickly.

There are many little problems that occur along the way. Things that you think were set up, and apparently weren't done correctly. In each and every case, Impartner manages to assist and solve the issue in a timely manner.

A good versatile platform to manage your Channel

What do you like best about the product?
It's a flexible, highly customizable tool.
Perfect for a startup setting up their first Channel program.
Our Customer Success Manager (Justin James) has been invaluable with the help provided in setting up and tailoring the platform to our needs, providing useful insights based on previous customers' experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup if not following the default templates, or if your Channel process is already complex, can be steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us replace an outdated partner portal and provide our Channel with a single pane of view over their commercial relationship with us.
It helps ease the burden of the Channel Managers allowing them to focus on more important tasks, by automating the partner's access to performance info and sales/marketing documentation.

Best PRM application for a partner ecosystem of any size

What do you like best about the product?
Integration into SFDC is simple and provides enough flexibility for our requirements to sync the right data. We have made lots of improvements to our partner program and the operational steps and will continue to simplify the way our partners work with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some challenges with the missing currency support because we have partners worldwide and need to provide deal, incentive, and reward information in the local currencies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This might be a bit specific to the way our company is structured, but Impartner PRM provides our partner program team the ability to quickly adjust and make changes if needed without the need to go through a change request process. Impartner has also been very supportive in customizing our PRM where needed.

Top solution on market with non-developer flexibility

What do you like best about the product?
As a non-developer I was able to build my company's partner portal with good guidance from my project manager and the prepared training videos. If I couldn't figure something out, my project manager or her developers found me answers or workarounds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes some time to get used to and may take more time for something less technically saavy. Wish we had done more planning for implementation, as in mapped out workflows and reviewed with our Impartner implementation team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner is helping us serve our low touch partners and provide consolidated, gated access to information shared with our partner ecosystem. Our onboarded partners have found the solution clean and simple for them to use.

Simple and easy to use for Partner Enablement

From a Sales Enablement perspective, this platform is easy and quick to use to share resources with Partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see a scorm package integration on the lesson pages.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about IMpartner is the customer success support and video tutorials. My experience has been great because of the incredible support our team has received. Ben Shou and Reed Fruehan are always willing to help and demonstrate expertise to best support.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of right now, our platform has not been updated thus leaving a less than stellar experience. It is difficult to track data within other systems as well as making page edits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer success has helped to explain some issues and troubleshoot. We are also implementing a CRM update

Solid platform, flexible to meet our requirements

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to integrate with our CRM (SFDC) as well as other third party platforms that allow us to share critically important information, instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see a more robust education capability, ie SCORM integration/functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's enabling us to implement a 360-degree approach to engaging with our partners. Giving them access to assets and training, campaigns and incentives while communicating company, service/product and industry information when they want it. WE are able to measure all this activity, providing us the data we need to make critical budget and action decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
Impartner's module enhancements like news-on-demand, social-on-demand, partner locator, and asset cobranding add real value to our channel partnerships. Plus, the implementation teams we work with are fantastic. I can't say enough about the support we have received from Martin Wratten, Eva Gillespie-Larsen, and Mike Kirby.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Impartner had the ability to (1) accept SCORM files for the ability to host training within the portal vs. SSO integration and (2) had more out-of-the-box canned integrations for SFDC (PRM to CRM) workflows to better integrate data to show partner engagement in CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner provides a platform that enables partners to access sales, marketing, and technical resources 24x7. One of my favorite tools is cobranding which enables partners to personalization assets that they deliver to prospects and customers. Even better is Impartner's news-on-demand module is a game changer that puts the partner in control of what is communicated to them and at their desired frequency - all to allow us to become more relevant to individual partners.
