What do you like best about the product?
The user interface seems to be easy to navigate and very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I have seen this far in working with the Impartner Software.

Helping to create a channel for our partners to register deals and seamlessly flow into salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of implementation and speedy delivery.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no easy go to guides for common practices. Training is boring and should be more straightforward. Videos are not useful, and they are too long. its a bit clunky at times, but it gets the job done.

Partner registration, deal registration, lead distribution to partners, data are partners

Great internal support team to help manage complex setup

What do you like best about the product?
The internal support team to help correct our setup. We originally worked with a 3rd party for our implementation and ran into lots of issues. When we raised them with Impartner their internal team got right on it. Matthew Hutchings our CSM set us up on calls with anyone we needed and took all of our issues & requests seriously. Jessica Schindewolf was assigned as our Project Manager. She was fantastic in her communication and knowledge of the product. She worked diligently with us to ensure that we implemented a best practice solution. It was great working with both these individuals as it was easy to see that they truly cared about our needs and ensuring that Impartner will be a valuable tool for us going forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflows. Setting up backend workflows is not intuitive and feels like a legacy process of doing things. Wish they took a more visual approach like SFDC flows. The overall backend feels a bit dated and posed some challenges when setting up our system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data capture, communication, partner onboarding

What do you like best about the product?
How simple it is to find my companies safety products. It's a total game changer compared to other strategies we've used before.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I can say that I dislike about the portal. It has met all of my needs and makes my job easier each day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me personally, Impartner PRM solves the problem of cluttered information and data. With Impartner PRM I am much more productive and my performance has increased!

What do you like best about the product?
Very comprehensive approach to PRM. Matthew has been the first contact since Brad Carpenter to follow up on his action items. Much appreciated!

Difficulty every time we need to make a customization - even it is minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact self-service that will work in concert with our internal updates.

What do you like best about the product?
I just started working with Impartner and our Customer Success Manager, Matthew Hutchings, is readily available to us whenever we need him. Whether it is a 15-minute call about a minor technical issue or an hour-long call to explain the different features of our platform, he is always willing and able to take the time and make sure we are good to go. Recently we had a meeting with him and he was able to thoroughly break down our usage of the Impartner platform, and how effective it currently is, and then continued to offer us personalized suggestions on how we can get the most out of what we are paying for. Our experience has been nothing but positive as it is easy to navigate and use, and the support is unmatched.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it is a bit intimidating as there are lots of features and seems as though there is a lot on your plate to just get started, however, our Customer Success Manager, Matthew Hutchings, does everything he can do to make it clear that it is not at all as complicated as it may first appear to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to connect and communicate with our partners efficiently. We can upload important content, allow them to customize it themselves, and all around, it makes sure that us and our partners are on the same page when delivering our company message, values, and product.

Having access to the admin view as well as the ability to manage my partners is a definite plus for me. It enables to have a global overview on how are things going on with partners.
